An orientable perforating gun assembly may include a gun housing with a charge carrier and shaped charge positioned within an interior space of the gun housing, in fixed orientation relative to the gun housing. An orientation alignment ring may be connected to a first end of the gun housing. The orientation alignment ring and the gun housing may be rotatable relative to each other when the orientation alignment ring is in an unfixed connection state. The gun housing may be in a fixed orientation relative to the orientation alignment ring in a fixed connection state. A locking ring may be connected to the gun housing first end. A method may include orienting the perforating gun housing relative to the orientation alignment ring and other perforating gun assemblies in a string.

Anti-rotation device for connector assembly
An improved anti-rotation device and connector assembly designed to prevent rotation of a first threaded portion of the connector assembly with respect to a second threaded portion of the connector assembly is provided. The anti-rotation device and connector assembly include features that guide and smooth the transition of the anti-rotation device into a position extending through the first and second threaded portions. The anti-rotation device may extend through a tab/groove interface between the first and second threaded portions, or the anti-rotation device may engage opposing interfacing edges of the first and second threaded portions along the length of the anti-rotation device. Once the anti-rotation device is installed through the first and second threaded portions, the anti-rotation device may prevent rotation of the threaded portions relative to each other.

QUICK CONNECT CONNECTION
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a tubular connection assembly that maybe quickly connected and with improved capacity for axial loads. The tubular connection assembly may include a box end member having a first groove formed in an inner surface, a pin end member having a second groove formed in an outer surface, and a load transfer assembly comprising two or more segments. When the pin end member is inserted in the box end member and the first groove aligns with the second groove, the load transfer assembly is at least partially disposed in both the first groove and the second groove.

Telescopic drill rod
A telescopic drill rod has at least two rod members disposed coaxially to one another, with the inner rod member being axially slidable relative to the outer rod member in a telescoping manner between an extended position and a retracted position.
