TORQUE TRANSFER AND CONTROL APPARATUS FOR A DRILLING TOOL
There is disclosed a torque transfer apparatus for a mineral drilling tool used in a downhole assembly of a drill string. The drilling tool has a downhole drill bit and one or more uphole drill bits spaced apart from the downhole drill bit, with the torque transfer apparatus being located between them. The apparatus has an axial bore therethrough for fluid flow and comprises first and second members being rotatably joined to each other. The apparatus rotationally couples and transfers torque between the first and second members when a torque difference between torque on the downhole drill bit and torque on the uphole drill bit is below a threshold torque value. The apparatus disengages the rotational coupling while the torque difference exceeds the threshold torque value. The flow rate of drilling fluid flowing through the axial bore is altered when the apparatus engages and disengages the coupling.

Alignment sub and orienting sub adapter
An alignment sub may include a first sub body part rotatably coupled to a second sub body part. The first sub body part and second sub body part may be respectively non-rotatably coupled to a first wellbore tool and a second wellbore tool. A lock screw switchable between an unlocked state and a locked state may fix an angular position of the first sub body part relative to an angular position of the second sub body part when the lock screw is in the locked state.

THREADED CONNECTION FOR EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION OF A HYDROCARBON WELL
Threaded connection for exploration and production of a hydrocarbon well, said threaded connection including a pin including an outer pin surface provided with an external thread, a box including an inner box surface provided with an internal thread for mating with the external thread during rotational make-up of the threaded connection, and an anti-rotation device to allow relative rotation between the pin and the box in a make-up rotation direction and prevent relative rotation between the pin and the box in an opposite break-out rotation direction, wherein the pin and the box extend along a longitudinal axis, the anti-rotation device includes a releasable mounted first anti-rotation member which is arranged in a first radial recess provided in one of the outer pin surface and the inner box surface, and a second anti-rotation member provided at the other of the outer pin surface and the inner box surface.

Connection Assembly
A connection assembly for connecting first and second tubular members. The first tubular member has an external latching formation and there is a latch which is radially movable and configured to selectively engage the latching formation. A cam or drive ring is in surrounding relationship to the latch. There is a collar threadedly received on the second tubular body. Rotation of the collar to effect downward movement forces the drive ring downwardly and into engagement with the dog such that the dog is moved radially inwardly to engage the latching formation.

Downhole disconnect tool
A downhole disconnect tool can include outer housing sections connected to each other with threads, and an inner sleeve received in at least one of the outer housing sections, whereby the inner sleeve limits relative rotation between the outer housing sections in a connect position, and permits relative rotation between the outer housing sections in a disconnect position. A method of disconnecting portions of a tubular string can include connecting a downhole disconnect tool between the tubular string portions, deploying a plug into the tubular string, thereby engaging the plug with an inner sleeve in the downhole disconnect tool, applying a differential pressure across the plug, thereby displacing the inner sleeve relative to outer housing sections of the downhole disconnect tool, and then unthreading the outer housing sections from each other in the well.
