QUICK DISCONNECT KELLY BAR SYSTEM
A quick disconnect Kelly bar system is provided. In use, a construction attachment includes a quick disconnect mounting plate for connecting the construction attachment to a hitch of a construction machine. A pivotable coupling assembly is connected to the quick disconnect mounting plate. Additionally, an extendable mast is connected to the pivotable coupling assembly at a first end of the extendable mast, and to a headblock structure at a second end of the extendable mast. Further, a Kelly-bar assembly is connected to the headblock structure.
Bucket with cast hinge
An integrally cast hinge assembly for a bucket, including a first hinge plate, a second hinge plate spaced apart from the first hinge plate, and a torque tube portion extending between the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate, wherein the first hinge plate is weldlessly connected to the torque tube portion and the second hinge plate is weldlessly connected to the torque tube portion.
Radiation detecting attachment, working machine, and sorting method
A radiation detecting attachment comprising four radiation detectors configured to detect radiation from an object of detection W, attached removably to a working machine, wherein the radiation detecting attachment is supported by the working machine movably when the radiation detecting attachment is attached to the working machine, and is supported by an arm body of the working machine swingably, and a distance between the radiation detectors and the other radiation detectors is changeable. This makes it possible to use the radiation detectors efficiently and in a versatile manner.
Method of Using Improved Crossbar Connection for Implements
A method of constructing an improved attachment or implement for use with equipment connected to a coupler is provided. The implement has a crossbar which is one of machined, cast or extruded to provide a cross section within at least the connection zone which lacks welds while still providing parallel flats for connecting to a channel in the coupler. The cross section in the connection zone is void-free and seam free.
LATCHING SYSTEM FOR DIPPER
A latching system associated with a dipper door of a dipper includes a latch bar that engages with a body of the dipper. The latch bar defines a longitudinal axis. The latch bar includes a housing, one or more shims, and a wear member removably coupled to the housing. The wear member defines a wear surface and a wear axis extending parallel to the wear surface. An angle defined between the wear axis and the longitudinal axis is less than 45 degrees. The latching system also includes an arm member pivotally coupled to the dipper door such that the arm member is pivotable along a first pivot plane. The arm member contacts a portion of the latch bar for moving the latch bar along the longitudinal axis. The latching system includes a guide assembly having a guide pulley and an actuation member that causes pivoting of the arm member.
Mobile device
Mobile device includes a frame with displacement means, a working arm connected to the frame including at least a first and a second articulation which are hinged to each other. The working arm is hinged to the frame, and at least a first, second and third control devices are adapted for moving the first and second articulation of the working arm and a tool, respectively, at a free end of the second articulation. A control system is adapted for controlling the first, second and third control means. The control system is adapted to drive the first, second and third control means such that the free end of the second articulation follows a predetermined upward movement along an upwardly directed path and the tool remains in a lifting position, the first, second and third control means are simultaneously controlled.
Attachment-configurable system for a work machine
An attachment-configurable control system and method for a work machine, the work machine comprising a frame and a ground-engaging mechanism; a boom assembly coupled to the frame and moveable relative to the frame by a pair of first hydraulic cylinders, and an attachment coupler coupled to a distal section of the boom arms, the attachment coupler moveable relative to the frame by a pair of second hydraulic cylinders; an operator cab coupled to the frame, the operator cab comprising a joystick configured to move in at least a first direction, and at least a second direction wherein the second direction is transverse to the first direction; and a controller enabling an operator to command movement of a first attachment coupled to the boom assembly using a first movement command configuration a second attachment coupled to the boom assembly using a second movement command configuration.
System and method for attaching implements to different skid steer mounts
A system and method for attaching implements to skid steer machines having different implement mounting configurations. The implements include or are separately provided with a securement frame defining a mini skid steer pocket engageable with a mini skid steer mount and a larger standard skid steer pocket engageable with a standard skid steer mount. The mini pocket is located between the implement and the standard pocket. A passage opening extends through the standard pocket where through the mini pocket is accessible. For attaching the implement to a mini skid steer, the mini skid steer mount is inserted through the passage opening and engages the mini skid steer pocket while the standard skid steer pocket remains unused. For attaching the implement to a standard skid steer, the standard skid steer mount is inserted directly into and engages the standard skid steer pocket while the mini skid steer pocket remains unused.
Method of manufacturing improved crossbar connection for implements
A method of constructing an improved attachment or implement for use with equipment connected to a coupler is provided. The implement has a crossbar which is one of machined, cast or extruded to provide a cross section within at least the connection zone which lacks welds while still providing parallel flats for connecting to a channel in the coupler. The cross section in the connection zone is void-free and seam free.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NAVIGATING AN OPERATOR TO COUPLE A SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLE WITH AN ATTACHMENT IMPLEMENT THEREFOR
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for navigating an operator of a self-propelled vehicle for coupling with an attachment implement therefor. Each one of a first set of sensing elements arranged on the vehicle coupler forms a sensing pair with a respective one of a set of second sensing elements arranged on the attachment implement. Indicia for each of the sensing pairs on a user interface is displayed to the operator, corresponding to a three-dimensional spatial orientation of the first and second sensing elements with respect to each other. The user interface may comprise respective portions for each sensing pair, each portion comprising an indicator dynamically adjusted in a crosshair corresponding to first and second dimensions of alignment of the corresponding sensing elements with respect to each other, and the indicator in each portion further dynamically adjusted in appearance corresponding to a third dimension of distance between the corresponding sensing elements.
