GROUND LEVELLING MACHINE
The invention relates to a land leveling machine comprising a leveling box (1) made up of a front transverse support (2) and a rear transverse support (3), parallel to each other and in a horizontal position with respect to the ground, both supports being transverse in the direction of advance of the machine, both transverse supports (2,3) being also integral with each other by two longitudinal lateral supports (4); and where a plurality of scarifying or scraping elements (5) are accommodated on the front transverse support (1), horizontally aligned at their lower point with the lower surface of lateral skates (7) integrally attached to the longitudinal lateral supports (4) and with the lower edge of a leveling blade (6) integrally joined to the rear transverse support (3) by its lower part.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENT OF MOLDBOARD
A cold planer is provided. The cold planer includes an engine and an enclosure compartment for a milling rotor. The enclosure compartment includes a frame defining an opening of the enclosure compartment. The enclosure compartment includes a moldboard connected to the frame. The moldboard is configured to move vertically between a first position and a second position with respect to the frame. An interfacing arrangement includes a first pair of components carried by the frame and a second pair of components carried by the moldboard. The components of one of the first pair of components and the second pair of components have slanted edges. The first and second pairs of components are configured to allow a lateral movement of the moldboard when the moldboard is in the first position and to engage one another to prevent the lateral movement of the moldboard when the moldboard is in the second position.
Work machines including automatic grading features and functions
Work machines including automatic grading features and functions. One exemplary embodiment is a work machine including a chassis, ground contacting members rotatably coupled with the chassis and an actuator coupled with the chassis. A pole assembly extends above the chassis. A receiver is coupled with the pole assembly and structured to detect a wireless signal. An electronic controller is in operative communication with the receiver and the actuator, the electronic controller structured to adjust an actuator in response to a wireless signal detected by the receiver. The actuator is adjustable to vary position of the receiver and to vary position of a grading tool assembly coupled with a suspension.
Work machines including automatic grading features and functions
One embodiment is a work machine including an actuator coupled with a chassis, a suspension coupled with the actuator, and a tool mount coupled with the suspension. A grading tool assembly is coupled with the tool mount. A wireless receiver is coupled with the suspension. An electronic controller in operative communication with the receiver and the actuator is structured to adjust the actuator in response to a signal received by the receiver effective to simultaneously adjust the position of the receiver and the force applied to the suspension. A grading indicator is coupled with the suspension and provides a visually perceptible indication of a current state of grading relative to a desired state of grading.
Modular sidebar protecting wear member and system
A sidebar protecting wear member includes a module having a length extending in a length direction from a first end to a second end, and a width extending in a width direction from a first side to a second side, and a main body portion extending along only a first portion of the length of the module and across the entire width of the module. The module includes a first projecting element adjacent the first end of the module and extending along a second portion of the length to the first end of the length, and extending across only a first portion of the width of the module, and a second projecting element adjacent the second end of the module and extending along a third portion of the length to the second end of the length, and extending across only a second portion of the width of the module.
CONTROL METHOD AND MOTOR GRADER
A control method is performed in a motor grader, the motor grader including a blade between a front wheel and a rear wheel, the blade being attached to a swing circle which adjusts a blade angle. The control method includes detecting a load applied to the blade and revolving, when the detected load is larger in value than a predetermined reference value, the swing circle in such a direction that the blade angle is smaller than the blade angle at the time of detection of that value.
Sectional plow
A sectional plow is provided. The sectional plow includes a plow body or blade. It also includes a first side plate attachable to a first side of the plow body, and a second side plate attachable to a second opposite side of the plow body. The sectional plow also includes a first thrust arm attachable to the plow body and the first side plate, and a second thrust arm attachable to the plow body and the second side plate. In an embodiment, the thrust arm is a pair of thrust arms. The plow also includes extensions of different sizes that are insertable between the plow body and the side plates to extend the width of the plow and provide at least three alternative plow widths. Significantly, the plow can be easily assembled and disassembled. It is designed to be bolted together as opposed to welded together.
WORK ATTACHMENT FOR MOTOR GRADER
A work attachment for a motor grader includes a moldboard and a trip edge assembly coupled to the moldboard. The moldboard defines a plurality of first apertures. The trip edge assembly includes a trip edge structure. The trip edge assembly also includes a pivoting mechanism for pivoting a portion of the trip edge assembly in a first direction with respect to the moldboard when the trip edge assembly encounters an object in a drive path of the motor grader. The trip edge assembly further includes a mounting structure defining a plurality of second apertures. The plurality of second apertures are aligned with the plurality of first apertures to receive mechanical fasteners for removably coupling the trip edge assembly with the moldboard.
Box Blade Earth Grading Implement
A box blade earth grading implement incorporating a blade; a left wall having upper and lower segments, the lower segment having a lower end, and the upper segment being attached to the left end of the blade; a right wall having upper and lower segments, the lower segment having a lower end, and the upper segment being attached to the right end of the blade; left and right skid plates attached to the lower ends of the lower wall segments; left and right hydraulic cylinders having left and right upper mounts attaching to the walls' upper segments; left and right pivot mounts attaching the lower ends of the left and right hydraulic cylinders to the left and right skid plates; and a towing tongue extending forwardly from the blade.
