BALL SOCKET ASSEMBLY FOR A WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle with a chassis, a ground-engaging blade movably coupled to the chassis via a ball and socket assembly to allow the blade to pivot relative to the chassis. The ball and socket assembly comprises a semi-spherical socket with at least a first circular groove on a surface of the socket positioned coaxially with a centerline axis of the semi-spherical socket, a second circular groove concentric and spaced apart from the first circular groove along the surface of the socket, and at least two interconnecting grooves coupling the circular groove and the second circular groove; and a ball member disposed within the socket.
GRADING TOOL COMPATIBLE WITH LIGHT DUTY WORK MACHINE
One exemplary embodiment is a grading tool comprising a frame extending between a hitch and a ground contacting member. A first adjustment mechanism and a lever are coupled with the frame. A suspension assembly including a spring is coupled with the lever. A grading box assembly is coupled with the frame and with the suspension assembly. The spring is compressible to accommodate motion between the lever and the grading box assembly. A second adjustment mechanism is coupled with the frame and the grading box assembly and is adjustable to selectably increase and decrease in length. A fixation member is coupled with the grading box assembly and is selectably coupleable with the frame to fix a first side of the grading box assembly vertically relative to the frame while allowing vertical movement of a second side of the of the grading box assembly relative to the frame.
Strut assembly of machine
A strut assembly for coupling an implement to a frame of a machine is provided. The strut assembly includes a first elongated member configured to couple to the frame of the machine. The strut assembly further includes a second elongated member slidably disposed within the first elongated member. The second elongated member is configured to couple to the implement. The strut assembly further includes a shear system configured to engage the second elongated member with the first elongated member. The shear system includes a first shear pin configured to be inserted through a first opening defined in the first elongated member and a second opening defined in the second elongated member. The first shear pin includes a first fracture zone positioned within a gap defined between the first elongated member and the second elongated member.
Mounting assembly
A wear element for a mounting system for a blade of a motor grader is provided. The wear element extends along a longitudinal axis. The wear element includes a first portion having a first cross-sectional area transverse to the longitudinal axis. The wear element further includes a second portion opposite of the first portion, the second portion having a second cross-sectional area having a V-shape that extends away from the first portion.
DAMPENING DEVICE
Dampening device (1) for a Dozer blade (10) and related earthwork equipment (100); the blade (10) being carried by a frame (102) of the equipment (100) through the interposition of an actuating unit (106) suitable to adjust the vertical position of the blade (10); an axial-symmetrical member (11) being carried by the frame (102) to dampen oscillations associated, in use, to the forward movement of the blade (10).
MODULAR SIDEBAR PROTECTING WEAR MEMBER AND SYSTEM
A sidebar protecting wear member includes a module having a length extending in a length direction from a first end to a second end, and a width extending in a width direction from a first side to a second side, the length being greater than the width. The module includes a generally planar surface and a first sidebar engaging abutment protruding from the generally planar surface adjacent the first end and a second sidebar engaging abutment protruding from the generally planar surface adjacent the second end. The module includes an attachment tab at only one of the first and second sides of the module and extending in a direction generally perpendicular to the generally planar surface.
MODULAR SIDEBAR PROTECTING WEAR MEMBER AND SYSTEM
A sidebar protecting wear member includes a module having a length extending in a length direction from a first end to a second end, and a width extending in a width direction from a first side to a second side, and a main body portion extending along only a first portion of the length of the module and across the entire width of the module. The module includes a first projecting element adjacent the first end of the module and extending along a second portion of the length to the first end of the length, and extending across only a first portion of the width of the module, and a second projecting element adjacent the second end of the module and extending along a third portion of the length to the second end of the length, and extending across only a second portion of the width of the module.
FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR SUPPORTING AN IMPLEMENT ON A VEHICLE
A frame assembly for supporting an implement on a vehicle includes a support frame attachable to the vehicle, a lever pivotable on the support frame between a first and second positions, and a biasing assembly connecting the lever to the support frame. The implement is connectable to the lever via an implement support frame. The biasing assembly is movable between an extended position and a compressed position and is biased toward the extended position. The lever and the biasing assembly define an acute angle that opens toward the vehicle when the support frame is removably attached to the vehicle and the lever is in the first position.
MOLDBOARD WEAR STRIP
A moldboard assembly is disclosed. The moldboard assembly may include a blade and a wear strip in sliding contact with the blade. The wear strip may include a high visibility material that is transferred onto the blade at a predetermined percentage of a useful life of the wear strip.
Locking device for a wear member of an earth moving machine
Locking devices and components for wear assemblies for securing a wear part to the blade or lip of an excavator. The wear part will usually be a tooth adaptor, and when placed on the blade both parts determine a channel where the locking device is placed. The locking device will usually include a C-clamp member for mounting in the rearward of the channel, a front structure to engage to the frontward of the channel and a wedge structure placed between the C-clamp member and the front structure.
