A low profile beam. This beam has a web with flanges attached to the bottom and a bulb attached to the top. The bulb is an inverted triangle connected to one edge of the web, with flanges projecting from the opposite edge of the web. The top face of the bulb is scored. In addition, the angled faces of the bulb and the flanges may be scored. The beam may be further incorporated into a ceiling system.

DECK FRAMING SYSTEM

A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets comprising an attachment portion configured to be attached to the web wall of the perimeter support member and a joist support portion. The joist support portion includes a pair of opposed lateral walls with each lateral wall configured to be attached to a corresponding lateral wall of a joist supported by the joist support wall.

Monolithic Corner

A universal structural support member that includes multiple holes formed therethrough is provided to attach to multiple sized horizontal beams of a storage rack, built strong enough to support multiple pallets of goods. Pre-formed holes through the structural member and/or horizontal beam can be formed in the shape of a polygon, e.g., a square hole. A bolt to attach the structural support to the horizontal beam can be formed with a key structure to interlock with the hole and prevent rotation of the nut and/or structural member. The member can be configured with multiple holes in multiple arrangements to allow the structural support member to be used with differently sized storage racks.

Building chord and building truss

The present invention provides methods and systems for a building truss chord including a first face having a bottom longitudinal corner and a top longitudinal corner. A second face having a bottom longitudinal corner and a top longitudinal corner, a portion of the first face and the second face are spaced apart and form a cavity between the inner surfaces of the first face and the second face. A lower connection member is disposed between the bottom longitudinal corner of the first face and the bottom longitudinal corner of the second face.

Deck framing system

A deck framing system includes a ledger that has a joist support wall, a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall, and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall and disposed parallel to the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets is configured to be coupled to the web wall of the ledger and includes at least one ledger attachment wing and a joist support portion that includes a pair of opposed lateral walls and a bracket web wall. Each of a plurality of joists includes at least one lateral wall and a deck support wall that extend from the at least one lateral wall. The at least one lateral wall is configured to be secured to one of the opposed lateral walls of the joist support portion.

STRUCTURAL MEMBER WITH ANTI-ROTATION FEATURE
20190338521 · 2019-11-07 ·

A structural member with a central portion that has a first piece and a second piece which form a cross-sectional L-shape configuration along a longitudinal axis is disclosed herein. When fastened to a horizontal bar, the first piece of the structural member may come into contact with a portion of the horizontal bar, thereby preventing the structural member from rotating. The structural member includes a connection component that extends from an end of the first piece, and the connection component extends substantially perpendicular to the first piece. The connection component may be configured in at least two different embodiments in that the connection component may include two holes or three holes. The implementation of more than one hole on the connection component allows the structural member to be universal in that it can be implemented on varying sized storage racks that employ different sized horizontal bars.
