EXTERIOR CLADDING SYSTEM
One variation of an exterior cladding system includes a set of panels including a first panel and a second panel, each panel in the set of panels including: a face; an upper flange extending from an upper edge of the face and defining a receiver; a hang tab extending from the upper flange substantially parallel to the face, offset from the face by a first depth, and defining a fastener bore; a lower flange extending from a lower edge of the face; a lock tab extending from the lower flange opposite the upper flange by a first height and offset from the face by a second depth less than the first depth; and a striker extending from the lower flange opposite the upper flange by a second height less than the first height.
METHOD FOR COVERING A WALL AND MOBILE ROBOT FOR PLACING SUPPORTS ON A WALL, POINT SUPPORT, FACADE COVERING ELEMENT AND FACADE COVERING KIT
A mobile robot (500) for placing supports (100) on a wall, which comprises: a storage magazine (506) for storing at least one support to be fixed on the wall; a positioning means (510) for positioning a support relative to the wall; a fastening means (511) for fastening the support to the wall; a control means (513) for controlling the position of the robot, configured to control at least the ascent or descent of the robot; and an elevator (504, 505) configured to be attached to at least two supports fixed to the wall when the robot is moving, and to at least three supports during the fastening of the additional support.
Cladding attachment devices, systems, and associated methods of use
Devices, systems, and associated methods for attaching materials girts, rails, cladding, and/or other cladding components to an exterior wall portion (e.g., an insulated exterior wall portion) or other substructure of a building are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the system includes cladding component attachment devices and cladding anchors, each configured to extend between the exterior wall portion and the cladding component. Each cladding anchor can have a base configured to be attached to the exterior wall of the building and a rod attached to the base and projecting outwardly therefrom and having a distal end portion configured to be attached to the cladding component. One or more of the cladding anchors can be positioned between adjacent cladding component attachment devices.
Thermal isolator
A thermal isolator system may comprise a thermal isolator configured to be coupled to an inner wall of a wall system, and a first retainer comprising a first coupling protrusion having a first protrusion shape. The thermal isolator may comprise an isolator body spanning between an isolator outer surface and an isolator inner surface and between an isolator first side and an isolator second side, and a first coupling recess disposed through the isolator outer surface and into the isolator body. The first coupling recess may comprise a recess shape, and the first protrusion shape of the first coupling protrusion may be complementary to the recess shape of the first coupling recess. The first retainer may be configured to be coupled to the thermal isolator by the first coupling protrusion being disposed in the first coupling recess of the thermal isolator.
Cladding attachment devices, systems, and associated methods of manufacture and use
Devices, systems and methods for attaching girts, rails, cladding, and/or other cladding components to an exterior wall portion (e.g., an insulated exterior wall portion) or other substructure of a building are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, cladding component attachment devices disclosed herein can include a unitary body formed from a workpiece having a rectangular cross-section. Other embodiments of cladding component attachment devices disclosed herein can include a support arm (e.g., a tubular member) that can be adjustably attached to a base.
A FACADE PANEL ASSEMBLY
Some embodiments relate to a facade panel assembly for mounting a facade panel to a wall. The facade panel can include a frame member structured of at least two main bars and at least one secondary bar interconnected therebetween; and at least two anchor members configured for fixedly attaching the at least two main bars to the facade panel. The secondary bar can be configured for being detachably mounted to the wall.
SUPPORT FOR FASTENING FACADE ELEMENTS
A bracket for fastening facade elements of in particular suspended, rear-ventilated facades, having a wall fastening portion which is designed for mounting the bracket on a building wall, and having a facade fastening portion which is designed for mounting of support or mounting profiles, wherein the facade fastening portion has a first connecting portion which is designed for horizontal mounting of support or mounting profiles, and a second connecting portion which is designed for vertical mounting of support or mounting profiles, wherein the second connecting portion is arranged orthogonally to the first connecting portion, wherein the first connecting portion is arranged on a first sheet metal portion having a first base surface which is substantially rectangular in plan view, and in that the second connecting portion is arranged on a second sheet metal portion having a second base surface which is substantially rectangular in a plan view, wherein at least one bead and/or at least one impression is/are arranged in the first sheet metal portion and/or in the second sheet metal portion.
Masonry support
A facade support system can be attached to a wall of a structure to support a veneer on the wall. A bracket of the support system that can be attached to the wall includes a connecting plate and a mounting member. A support attached to the connecting plate can be disposed in a mortar bed joint of the veneer. A standoff positioned for engagement with the wall is selectively attachable to the connecting plate in different locations for maintaining a substantially horizontal position of the support. In some instances the mounting member may have detents engageable with detents on a washer. In other instances both the connecting plate and the mounting member include detents.
Wire mounting solutions
Wire Mounting Solutions providing low embodied carbon insulation and fa?ade mounting systems having unmatched thermal and acoustic performance, high structural strengths, and better able to withstand seismic and hurricane activity where other mounting systems may fail due to being too rigid.
Support bracket assembly and method
A support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a first shelf angle, a second shelf angle, and a first shelf angle mounting bracket. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has at least a first shelf angle mounting seats formed in a lower region thereof that hangs downwardly of a vertical load shear transfer connection. A brace is mounted to the bracket. The brace underhangs the cantilevered supporting structure, and provides a moment reaction. The brace has a non-intrusive interface with the supporting structure. That interface may be in compression and the brace may act as a strut. The brace may be thermally isolated from the bracket. The brace may fit within the space envelope of a stud wall.
