BUILDING PANEL SYSTEM
A building panel system include vertical members and horizontal members mounted to the vertical member, and a plurality of panel modules. Each of the panel modules includes a building panel, and a hanging member that is connected to the building panel and that is hung on a corresponding one of the vertical members and the horizontal members. The building panels of the panel modules cooperatively form a panel wall that is adapted to be spaced apart from a wall so that an air flow channel is formed between the panel wall and the wall and is adapted to communicate with an external space for air flowing.
Metal material to which flammable thin-film construction interior material is adhered, and attachment structure for attaching same
The present invention has the following features. The present invention relates to a flammable flame-proof material provided with a metal material, comprising a metal material and a non-flame-proof-treated thin film sheet on the top of the metal material, wherein an adhesive agent is between the metal material and the non-flame-proof-treated thin film sheet, and relates to an attachment structure for attaching a metal plate with a flammable thin-film construction interior material.
SUPPORT BRACKET ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a first shelf angle, a second shelf angle, and a first shelf angle mounting bracket. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has at least a first shelf angle mounting seats formed in a lower region thereof that hangs downwardly of a vertical load shear transfer connection. A brace is mounted to the bracket. The brace underhangs the cantilevered supporting structure, and provides a moment reaction. The brace has a non-intrusive interface with the supporting structure. That interface may be in compression and the brace may act as a strut. The brace may be thermally isolated from the bracket. The brace may fit within the space envelope of a stud wall.
Support bracket assembly and method
A support assembly for external veneer has a mounting bracket fixedly mounted to a load bearing wall, and a shelf angle. The shelf angle includes a horizontal leg surface upon which to mount veneer members. The mounting bracket may be a channel. The legs of the channel may have seats. The seats have a protruding toe. The back of the shelf angle may admit the toes of the mounting bracket. The toes may be shy of the bottom of the shelf angle. The seat may includes an oversized slot to permit the shelf angle web to be rotated angularly during assembly. The legs of the bracket may be long, to permit the seat to hang down well below the mounting. The legs of the bracket may be perforated to reduce heart transfer.
Support for fastening facade elements
The invention relates to a support for fastening fa?ade elements of fa?ades, in particular curtain-type, rear-ventilated fa?ades, comprising a wall fastening segment, which is designed for mounting the support to a building wall, and a fa?ade fastening segment, which is designed for the mounting of supporting profiled elements or mounting profiled elements, wherein the fa?ade fastening segment has a first connection segment for the horizontal mounting of supporting profiled elements or mounting profiled elements and a second connection segment for the vertical mounting of supporting profiled elements or mounting profiled elements, which is arranged perpendicularly to the first connection segment.
Thermally broken framing system and method of use
A thermally broken framing system and method of use are disclosed. The thermal framing system is comprised generally of a structural stud, exterior retention framing and a fastener system comprised of thermal spacer material, and structural fasteners. In one representative embodiment, the structural stud, in cross section is C-shaped, and at one end of the structural stud is a structural tab facing in the direction of the exterior retention framing. The structural tab is further comprised of apertures located at regular intervals. The exterior retention framing is comprised generally of a retention face represented as and two framing tabs attached to the retention face. The framing tabs have framing tab apertures placed at regular intervals from each other to match the spacing of the apertures. The structural tab apertures and framing tab apertures are aligned and thermally insulated fastening units placed through the apertures, securing the apparatus.
FASTENING SYSTEM
A concealed fastening system suitable for securing a cladding element to a substrate may include a receiver comprising a base section and side sections extending from the base section such that a central cavity is formed, each side section comprising a hook remote from the base section; and a rail comprising a base element and side arms extending from the base element. The rail may seat within the central cavity of the receiver such that the side arms of the rail abut the hook of the receiver. In use, either the receiver or the rail may attach to a substrate and the other of the receiver or rail connects to a cladding element. The system optionally further comprises a bracket to which an adaptor plate is attached. In use, the bracket and adaptor plate may be seated between the substrate and either of the receiver or rail.
Cladding or siding assembly and installation method
A cladding or siding assembly includes at least one panel member and at least two parallel and spaced support rail members to allow at least one panel member to slidably interfit in between the support rail members, to be located and be removable during or after construction. The panel member is slotted between an upper support rail member and a parallel lower support rail member. At an upper end of the panel member recess slidably interfits with the lower tab member of the upper support rail member having second end leg of perimeter frame within lower recess and the recess at a lower end of the same panel member slidably captures shorter upper tab member of the lower support rail member whereby second end leg is captured in upper recess of lower support rail member.
Internal composition of a bracket member for insulation
A bracket assembly comprising an elongated bracket member and an end wall support member. The elongated bracket member has a body wall having an inner end and an outer end. A first end wall extends from the inner end of the body wall and a second end wall extends from the outer end. The end wall support member is attached to each of the first end wall and the second end wall. The bracket member further comprises a plurality of fibers within a resin matrix. The plurality of fibers includes at least one fiber fabric extending from the first end wall to the second end wall.
