The bearing pin is connected to the main body and/or to at least one base lever, and the rotary lever has a hole and the bearing pin projects through the hole. The rotary lever has, in at least one region surrounding the hole, a widened portion which extends at least in a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin.
Flap assembly for a vehicle
A flap assembly for a vehicle includes a flap, which by way of a linear actuator drive is pivotably drivable about a pivot axis from a closed position to an opened position. The drive includes a spring assembly that acts in a supporting manner on the flap. The actuator drive has an actuator housing that has one end articulated on the body of the vehicle, and an actuator rod being deployable from the other end of the housing. An external end of the actuator rod is articulated on the flap at a radial spacing from the pivot axis. The spring assembly is releasably disposed on the other end of the housing and has a compression spring supported by the actuator housing. The compression spring acts on the flap between a closed position and an initial opening angle of the flap.
FURNITURE FITTINGS FOR THE MOVABLE MOUNTING OF A FURNITURE PART
A furniture fitting includes a lever mechanism for moving a furniture part, the lever mechanism including a lever pivotally supported about a hinge axis, and the lever has a, in particular cylindrical, opening in which the hinge axis is arranged with a clearance. A force storage member, preferably including a spring device, is provided for applying a force to the lever mechanism. The hinge axis, upon a pivoting movement of the lever, is movable from a first bearing location within the opening to a second bearing location within the opening under the influence of the force storage member. A spring element pressurizes the hinge axis with a force at least in a direction extending transversely to a notional connecting line of the two bearing locations of the hinge axis within the opening of the lever.
Actuator for moving a furniture flap
An actuating drive includes an actuating arm pivotally supported about a pivoting axis, and movably supported between a closed position and an open position. A force storage member applies a force to the actuating arm, and a coupling device can brake or prevent a pivotal movement of the actuating arm. The coupling device includes a movably-supported first coupling element having a tooth arrangement, and the first coupling element can engage a second coupling element when a predetermined pivotal speed of the actuating arm is exceeded to brake or prevent the pivotal movement of the actuating arm. The second coupling element includes an engagement section for engaging the two coupling elements together, and includes a freewheel section separate from the engagement section. In the closed position, the first coupling element is within the freewheel section of the second coupling element, whereby the two coupling elements are decoupled from one another.
COUNTERBALANCE MECHANISM WITH MOVABLE PLATE
A counterbalance mechanism for assisting in opening and closing of a closure panel of a vehicle between a closed position and an open position, the counterbalance mechanism including: a housing for mounting a biasing mechanism of the counterbalance mechanism between the body and the closure panel; the biasing mechanism including: a fixed primary abutment of the housing having a primary biasing element mounted thereon; a fixed secondary abutment of the housing having a secondary biasing element mounted thereon; a movable plate variably positioned on a bias axis, the moveable plate between the primary biasing element and the secondary biasing element, an axial position of the movable plate movable in relation to the fixed primary abutment and the fixed secondary abutment to selectively change a primary spring constant of the primary biasing element and a secondary spring constant of the secondary biasing element; and an actuator connected to the movable plate, the actuator responsive to a control signal in order to adjust the position of the movable plate; wherein the primary biasing element applies a spring force to moderate extension of the counterbalance mechanism affecting movement of the closure panel between the open and closed positions.
Flap fitting for a piece of furniture, side wall of a body of a piece of furniture and piece of furniture comprising a side wall
A flap fitting for a piece of furniture includes a compound lever with a door bearing lever, a slope-increasing device, and a mounting plate to which a wing of the piece of furniture is secured. A lateral position and an incline of the mounting plate is adjustable relative to the door bearing lever by the slope-increasing device. The flap fitting includes a housing having two side plates arranged in parallel and at a distance from each other. The compound lever with the door bearing lever and the slope-increasing device being positioned between the side plates in a closing position of the flap fitting.
Stay
A stay includes a first arm rotatably connected to any one of a body or a door openable to the body; a second arm, one end of the second arm being rotatably connected to the first arm and the other end being connected to any one of the body or the door. The first arm includes a resilient body, a slider urged by the resilient body to the second arm. A case slidably supports the slider toward the second arm, and a pressing part is abutted and pressured onto a cam face disposed to the second arm by the slider. An adjustment mechanism changes a pressing position between the cam face and the pressing part to a crossing direction with respect to a sliding direction of the slider and a rotation shaft axis direction of the second arm.
FURNITURE FITTING
A furniture fitting includes a mounting device for releasably fastening the furniture fitting to one of two furniture parts, an actuating device which can be connected to the other of the two furniture parts and which is mounted so as to be movable relative to the mounting device, an energy accumulator which has a spring element formed from a wire, an the spring element is designed as a coil spring, and a force transmission mechanism by which energy which can be deposited in the energy accumulator can be transmitted to the actuating device. The wire has, in a cross-section normal to a longitudinal axis of the at least one wire, an outer contour which deviates from a circular shape.
FURNITURE FITTING
A furniture fitting including a carrier having a substantially flat fastening surface configured to be fixed to a furniture part, an actuating portion configured to be moved relative to the carrier, and an adjustment device for adjusting a position of the actuating portion relative to the carrier, with the adjustment device having at least one actuating element rotatable about a rotational axis. The actuating portion can be adjusted relative to the carrier by exerting a torque to the actuating element, and the rotational axis of the actuating element encloses an angle larger than 0° and smaller than 90° to the fastening surface of the carrier. The actuating element is coupled to the actuating portion via an angularly-movable coupling device, and the angularly-movable coupling device preferably comprises a ball joint.
Furniture fitting
A furniture fitting includes at least one rotatably mounted screw for fixing the furniture fitting to a furniture part.
