A window regulator for a motor vehicle includes a drive unit assembly with a module plate. The drive unit for the window regulator includes a cable drum housing with a cable drum and a motor assembly. The cable drum housing includes a stepped annular ring extended from the cable drum housing and a snap-fit post protruded from each of the stepped annular ring for engaging with the module plate. The cable drum housing is positioned on a receiving site of the module plate, and the stepped annular ring and the snap-fit post is coupled with a locating site on the receiving site. Each locating site includes a circular bead for engaging with the stepped annular ring of the cable drum housing.

A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a temporary holding mechanism for temporarily holding the swing bar so that the swing bar extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.

A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window glass of a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and travels together with the window glass, cables that pull the carrier plate, a drum on which the cables are partially wound, a motor rotationally driving the drum, and a drum housing provided at a lower end of the guide rail and having a housing space for housing the drum, wherein the drum housing has a wall section provided on an outer side of the drum that is housed in the housing space, and a contact surface of the drum housing coming into contact with the carrier plate is provided at a lower position than an upper end of the wall section in a vertical direction that the window glass travels when the window glass is fully opened.

A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window of a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, cables that pulls the carrier plate, a drum that is rotationally driven by a motor, and a housing that includes a drum housing accommodating the drum and a motor housing fixed to the drum housing and accommodating a portion of the motor. The drum housing includes a fitting portion including a fitting hole to insert a lower end of the guide rail and a fastening hole used to fasten the motor housing. The fastening hole of the drum housing is provided at a position overlapping the guide rail in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle.

A window regulator for a motor vehicle includes a drive unit assembly with a module plate. The drive unit for the window regulator includes a cable drum housing with a cable drum and a motor assembly. The cable drum housing includes a stepped annular ring extended from the cable drum housing and a snap-fit post protruded from each of the stepped annular ring for engaging with the module plate. OBJECT MOVING DEVICE

A carrier plate is attached to a guide rail so as to move on the guide rail along the extending direction. An erected portion includes a first surface and a second surface which extend in an extending direction. A slit is formed by a first edge portion which is disposed on a side of the first surface of the erected portion and a second edge portion which is disposed on a side of the second surface of the erected portion. A cutout portion which includes an opening facing the erected portion is provided in at least one of the first edge portion and the second edge portion. The cutout portion includes a space portion which allows grease to be stored therein. The grease stored in the cutout portion is applied to the erected portion which slides in the slit when the carrier plate moves on the guide rail.

WINDOW CLIP RELEASE SYSTEM

A clip release system for a vehicle door includes: a clip including a stem and a clamping portion configured to hold a window; a lock including at least one guide extending from the first axial surface to the second axial surface, the lock being disposed in the stem of the clip; a bolt that rotates between a first position and a second position, is inserted through the hole of the lock in an insertion direction, and biased to move out of the lock in a direction opposite the insertion direction, the bolt including a head at a first end of the bolt, a shaft extending to a second end of the bolt, and at least one locking tab disposed on a surface of the shaft and configured to pass through the at least one guide.

VEHICLE DOOR SASH STRUCTURE

A vehicle door including: an upright pillar sash extending in elevating/lowering directions of the window glass along one of front and rear edges of window glass; and an elevating/lowering mechanism that operates elevating/lowering movement of the window glass by a driving force of a drive source. The upright pillar sash includes: a design part on a vehicle exterior side; and a main body on vehicle interior side relative to the design part, the elevating/lowering mechanism includes: a slider secured to the glass; a guide rail that guides the slider to move in the elevating/lowering directions; and a transmission member that transmits the driving force from the drive source to the slider, the main body of the upright pillar sash houses the slider, guide rail, and transmission member, and the guide rail regulates movement of the slider in both vehicle interior/exterior directions, on a vehicle interior surface side of the glass.
