Work tool coupling assembly with locking wedge
A work tool coupling assembly for a machine with a working implement. The work tool coupling assembly can include an excavator stick and a pin grabber coupler. The pin grabber coupler can include a first plate, a second plate, and a middle plate positioned between the first plate and second plate. The middle plate includes a portion protruding away from the first plate and second plate and is coupled to the excavator stick by a stick pin. The middle plate, the first plate, and the second plate are configured to couple with the working implement.
COUPLER
A coupler including a housing with a top part for attachment to an excavator arm of an excavator, and a bottom part for attachment to an accessory for the excavator, such as an excavator bucket, the bottom part including a front jaw open to a front of the coupler for receiving a first attachment pin of an accessory and a rear pin receiving area for receiving a second attachment pin of the accessory, a latching member for the rear pin receiving area, the latching member including a body, a further jaw extending below the body, a release member extending forward of the body, an attachment point for an end of an actuator and a hole through the body into which a sprung member is located, wherein the sprung member extends through and to under the body and into or partially across a mouth of the further jaw.
Quick-change device
The invention relates to a quick-change device (IO) having at least one locking bolt (26) and a motor drive which moves the locking bolt (26) into a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein the drive (16) has an energy connection (28a, 28b) and output means (34) interacting with the locking bolt (26), wherein the drive (16) comprises a rotary drive (30) having a motor and an output shaft (34), wherein the output shaft (34) is mechanically connected to the locking bolt (26), with the result that the locking bolt (26) is movable along an actuation axis. The invention is distinguished by the fact that the drive (16) has an attachment (20) for a shaft-hub connection, on which attachment a tool for manual actuation can be mounted, with the result that a manual actuation acts directly on the output shaft (34) and here the attachment (20) is arranged coaxially to a rotary connection (32a, 32b) of a gear shaft (32c, 32d).
QUICK-CHANGE DEVICE HAVING A CONTROL DEVICE WITH A MECHANICALLY AND HYDRAULICALLY CONTROLLABLE VALVE
A quick-change device for coupling an attachment unit to a work machine, having a securing element, which is pushed into a locking position and an unlocking position to lock or secure and unlock or release, respectively, the coupled attachment unit. To displace the securing element, a control device is present, which has a switch valve, which can be actuated hydraulically and mechanically via a button, and is designed such that the attachment unit can be locked or secured only when the button is engaged but can be unlocked or released independently of the position of the button.
Implement carrier
Power machines with implement carriers that can sense the proximity of an implement to the implement carrier with a plurality of sensors. Such sensing is indicative of the likelihood of an implement being positioned adjacent to the implement carrier. In some embodiments, a sensor detects whether a locking mechanism is activated.
Coupling assembly and method of hydraulically coupling to a tool
A method of coupling a tool to a work machine including inserting a front lug of a coupling assembly into a front recess on the tool, inserting a rear lug of the coupling assembly into a rear recess on the tool, moving a retaining member of the coupler assembly to a retaining position relative to the tool to releasably mount the tool to the work machine, while simultaneously preventing movement of a hydraulic coupling manifold on the coupling assembly from moving; and moving the hydraulic coupling manifold to a coupling position with a hydraulic power transmission coupling on the tool to hydraulically couple the tool to the work machine in response to the retaining member reaching the retaining position.
SYSTEM FOR DETECTING LOCKING PIN ENGAGEMENT OF AN IMPLEMENT
A monitoring system for a work vehicle having a lift system to which an implement is attachable via a connection assembly includes a weight detection subsystem operable with the lift system and configured to transfer signals representative of a weight supported by the lift system. The monitoring system also includes a position detection subsystem operable with the connection assembly and configured to transfer signals representative of a state of the connection assembly. A controller is in operable communication with the weight detection subsystem and the position detection subsystem and is configured to receive signals from the weight detection subsystem and from the position detection subsystem, determine a condition of the connection assembly based on the signals received, and output a signal based at least in part on the determined condition.
Coupler with contactless attachment engagement detection
A coupler for coupling an attachment to an excavator. The coupler has first and second spaced-apart coupling formations for coupling with respective corresponding coupling formation of the attachment. The coupler also has a power actuated locking member for retaining the respective attachment coupling formation in engagement with the first coupling formation. A detection system is capable of detecting if the respective attachment coupling formation is in a desired position with respect to the first coupling formation, wherein the detecting means comprises at least one non-contact sensor, preferably an ultrasonic sensor.
QUICK-CHANGE DEVICE
A quick-change device for automatically changing an attachment on a construction machine includes first receptacles disposed on one side of a support for receiving a first coupling element; second receptacles disposed on the other side of the support for receiving a second coupling element, with the second receptacles having at least one locking element which moves between a release position for coupling or uncoupling the attachment and a locked position for holding the attachment in place on the quick-change device; and a display device disposed on the support for monitoring the lock status. The display device includes an electrical lock status indicator and an electrical control unit which activates the lock status indicator in an extended locked position of the locking element and deactivates it in a retracted release position and an extended position of the locking element different from the locked position.
Quick hitch
A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine. The quick hitch has at least one lug for connection to a machine and a securing mechanism for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The quick hitch also has at least one removable plate for engagement with a surface of an implement.
