An integrally cast hinge assembly for a bucket, including a first and second hinge plates, a first torque tube portion extending from the first hinge plate, a second torque tube portion extending from the second hinge plate, a third torque tube portion extending between the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate, and a support plate extending along a bottom portion of the hinge assembly. The first torque portion is weldlessly connected to the first hinge plate, the second torque tube portion is weldlessly connected to the second hinge plate, the third torque tube portion is weldlessly connected to both the first hinge plate and the second hinge plate, and the support plate is weldlessly connected to the first hinge plate, the second hinge plate, the first torque tube portion, the second torque tube portion, and the third torque tube portion.
Change System for Loading Cranes
A system for changing work tools on a loading crane includes a first coupling member on the work tool side or the loading crane side with a receiving opening and a second coupling member on the loading crane side or the work tool side with a guide member extending along a longitudinal axis. The guide member engages in the receiving opening by moving the first and second coupling members toward each other. The first coupling member comprises a support surface for axially abutting the second coupling member and the second coupling member comprises a bearing surface complementary to the support surface and a locking element which is movable by a drive between disengaged and engaged positions. The locking element has a clamping surface for frictionally abutting the first coupling member and the first coupling member has an abutment surface complementary to the clamping surface for zero-play axial clamping of the first and second coupling members.
Cutting tool adapter and method of underpinning structures using cutting tool adapter for soil mixing
A cutting tool adapter for creating an underpinning structure and method of creating the underpinning structure are provided. In some examples, the cutting tool adapter may connect a cutting tool to a working machine arm to enable the cutting tool to cut and dislodge soil below an existing foundation or structure. As the soil is cut and dislodged, it is mechanical mixed with an additive, such as a cementitious material, via the cutting tool. The mixed soil and additive may then harden in the area below the existing structure or foundation to create an underpinning structure to provide additional support for the existing structure or foundation.
UNIVERSAL SKID-STEER AND 3-POINT HITCH ADAPTER
An implement attachment adapter, including a centrally located top clevis; two spaced apart lower devises located below the centrally located top clevis and on opposing sides of a line extending vertically through the top clevis. The two spaced apart lower devises being are recessed into or behind a first face of a flat plate. The flat plate further includes side tabs located proximate each horizontal peripheral edge thereof extending outwardly away from the first face of the plate. A bottom tab extends outwardly downwardly away from the first face at an obtuse angle relative to the plate. A top bar extends across proximate a top portion of the plate and outwardly away from the first face of the plate and is oriented at an acute angle to the plate. The plate further presents engagement apertures and a second face opposing the first face to which the implement may be coupled.
AN IMPLEMENT ATTACHMENT DEVICE
An implement attachment device, for selectively attaching an implement to a working machine includes a hydraulic cylinder including a cylinder housing with first and second longitudinal ends, a piston in the cylinder housing, and a piston rod fixed to the piston and protruding through the first end of the cylinder housing, an attachment element being connected to a protruding portion of the piston rod, and adapted to engage with a complementary element of the implement, and a hydraulic conduit and valve arrangement connected to the hydraulic cylinder, wherein the conduit and valve arrangement is arranged to selectively allow a communication between a piston side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder and a rod side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder.
Linkage for arm assembly with reduced weld fatigue
A work machine includes a frame, a traction system supporting the frame, an arm assembly having a first end and a second end, the first end connected to the frame, an implement connected to the second end, and a linkage connecting the implement to the second end of the arm assembly. The linkage includes a pin-supporting section configured to accept a pin and a linking section attached to the pin-supporting section by a weld. The linking section includes a recess proximate to the weld.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COUPLING AN IMPLEMENT TO A WORK VEHICLE
A system to couple an implement to a work vehicle includes a first lock assembly coupled to an arm of the work vehicle. The first lock assembly includes a latch. The first lock assembly also includes a first hook and a second hook positioned on opposite lateral sides of the latch. The first lock assembly further includes a first actuator configured to drive rotation of the latch to trap a laterally-extending bar of the implement between a curved inner surface of the latch and respective curved bar-contacting surfaces of the first and second hooks to form a first connection that couples the implement to the work vehicle.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COUPLING AN IMPLEMENT TO A WORK VEHICLE
A system configured to couple an implement to a work vehicle includes a first lock assembly coupled to an arm of the work vehicle, and the first lock assembly includes a first lock, a second lock, and a first actuator configured to drive the first lock and the second lock laterally outwardly to engage respective first openings formed in the implement. The system also includes a second lock assembly coupled to a frame of the work vehicle, and the second lock assembly includes a third lock, a fourth lock, and a second actuator configured to drive the third lock and the fourth lock laterally outwardly to engage respective second openings formed in the implement.
Tool holder for a work vehicle or construction machine
A tool holder includes a locking cylinder provided with two first gripping pins extending laterally from each side of the fixed part thereof, and two second gripping pins extending laterally from each side of the moving part thereof. The tool includes at least two reception assemblies each having a first receiving portion and a second receiving portion the openings of which are each facing and provided to receive one of the first gripping pins and one of the second gripping pins for retaining the tool on the tool holder. The tool is locked on the tool holder by means of the locking cylinder by moving each gripping pin into abutment at the bottom of the associated receiving portion thereof.
