Multi-Position Hydraulic Coupling Attachment
An improved arrangement for multi-position attachment points for hydraulic implement coupling is provided. Hydraulic hoses associated with an implement attachment assembly may be removably coupled to a lift arm when in a non-operating configuration, and removably coupled to the attachment assembly when in an operating configuration.
WORKING MACHINE WITH COUPLING DEVICE FOR FLUID-CONDUCTING LINES
The disclosure relates to a working machine, which comprises a first boom part, a second boom part detachably connectable to the first boom part, a first and a second fluid-guiding line and a coupling device for reversibly coupling the first and second lines. The first line is arranged on the first boom part and the second line is arranged on the second boom part. The coupling device comprises a first coupling part connected to the first line in a fluid-conducting manner, a second coupling part connected to the second line in a fluid-conducting manner and connected to the second boom part, and a pivot part connected to the first boom part, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis. By pivoting the pivot part about the pivot axis, the two coupling parts can be coupled in a fluid-conducting manner. According to the disclosure, the working machine comprises a locking mechanism.
Universal Hydraulic Connecting Quick Coupler System
A quick coupler system for connecting a work tool to an arm of a work machine includes an adapter bracket with spaced apart side walls each having first and second adapter openings for receiving first and second bracket pins of a work tool bracket. The adapter bracket is disposed between bracket side walls of the work tool bracket when the adapter openings receiving the corresponding bracket pins. A coupler link having first and second coupler openings receives and engages the first and second bracket pins to connect the work tool to the arm, with the coupler link being disposed between the adapter side walls. The adapter bracket may have an adapter hydraulic interface block that is aligned with a coupler hydraulic interface block of the coupler link to form a fluid flow path for hydraulic fluid from a pressurize fluid source of the work machine to the work tool.
Versatile connector for excavator tools
An adaptor for quickly, easily, and safely attaching and removing compatible tools from the end of a boom of an excavating machine.
COUPLER FOR A WHEEL LOADER
A coupler for a wheel loader is disclosed. The coupler is used for coupling an attachment to a lifting arm of the wheel loader. A bracket is installed between the lifting arm and the attachment. The bracket's back face is pivotally connected to a lifting arm and the bracket's front face is detachably connected to the attachment. The attachment has a pair of protrusions rearwardly extending from the lower back of the attachment and have locking holes pierced through their width. The bracket has a pair of receiving slots formed at the lower front of the bracket and engaged with the protrusions. The coupler has a shaft, and a pair of locking pins combined with the shaft by threads. The threads formed at one end of the shaft are right handed and the threads formed at the other end of the shaft are left handed. When users turn the shaft in one direction, the locking pins are extended and engaged with the locking holes (a coupling position). When users turn the shaft in the other direction, the locking pins are shortened and released from the locking holes (a release position).
Bracket assembly for linkage assemblies of machines
A bushing for a bracket assembly of a linkage assembly of a machine includes a cylindrical portion with an end, and a number of holes arranged on and along an axial direction of cylindrical portion, and being longitudinally spaced apart from each other. The bracket assembly includes a plate having an opening, and the cylindrical portion of the bushing is configured to be inserted into and positioned within the opening. The holes facilitate multiple positions of the end relative to the plate.
Bracket assembly for linkage assemblies of machines
A bracket assembly for coupling an implement to an arm of a machine includes a bracket with a plate and a bushing. The plate includes an opening having an inner wall including a number of engagement structures arranged along an axial direction of the opening. The engagement structures are longitudinally spaced apart from each other. The bushing is adapted to be inserted and positioned into the opening. The bushing includes a cylindrical portion with an outer surface, an end, and a plurality of mating structures arranged on the outer surface, along an axial direction of the cylindrical portion. The mating structures are longitudinally spaced apart from each other. An engagement between the engagement structures and the mating structures facilitate multiple positions of the end relative to the plate.
Bolt connection and swivel lever with bolt connection for construction machine
The invention relates to a bolt connection with a bearing bolt, in particular for a construction machine, in particular for underground engineering and for a swivel lever, in particular for a construction machine, which connects a first component and a second component pivotably to each other, wherein the bearing bolt extends through at least one first bearing eye on the first component and at least one second bearing eye on the second component, and wherein the bearing bolt can be driven, for releasing the connection, on an exit side out of the first bearing eye and the second bearing eye. At the exit side a protective receptacle is arranged, which is designed to receive and hold the driven-out bearing bolt.
Working machine
A working machine includes a steering, a steering post supporting the steering, and a steering column covering the steering post. The steering column has a switch panel arranged below the steering on an upper surface of the steering column, and the switch panel has a first switch group including a plurality of switches arranged to have an inclining configuration in plan view where the switches align in a machine outward direction as shifting forward, the first switch group being arranged on both sides of the steering post in a machine width direction.
COUPLER ASSEMBLY FOR COUPLING AN ARM TO A WORK TOOL
A coupler assembly for detachably coupling an arm to a work tool. The coupler assembly comprises a first linkage having an idle link and a power link, a first pin provided on the arm, and a second pin provided on the power link. The first and second pins are receivable in openings on the work tool. The coupling assembly is characterized by a second linkage provided between the first and second pins comprising a first link and a second link joined at a shaft. The first link is fixed to the shaft to prevent rotation therebetween. A portion of the shaft comprises a gear. The second link comprises a body mounted on the shaft so as to be rotatable thereabout, the body comprising a chamber in which a piston is received, the piston including a geared section that is meshed with the gear.
