ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVEN LOADER WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR POWERED HYDRAULICS
An electric loader is provided with a plurality of independently driven wheels. For example, a four-wheeled electric loader includes four independently operated wheels, each directly coupled to a dedicated electric motor. A fifth independent electrical motor powers the lift arm and/or any attachments coupled to an auxiliary hydraulic. A central forced-air system supplies pressurized air to each independent electric motor to cool the electric motor during operation. In some embodiments, the auxiliary electric motor powers the fan and/or air conditioner of the central forced-air system. A lever and/or electric brake may be applied to an axle of the electric motors. In some embodiments, a rotating or pivotable battery panel locks a plurality of battery cells to provide a central source of power, counter-weight the loader arm, and rotate away to provide the operator access to an internal cavity of the cab.
Double safety device for quick coupler
The present invention relates to a double safety device for a quick coupler, which, in a coupling process of a quick coupler for connecting a heavy equipment attachment and an excavator, automatically prevents unintentional separation between an attachment pin and a fixed hook, and enables a locking device to be automatically operated in association with a cylinder operation for slidably moving a hitch and elastic force of first and second compression springs. The double safety device for a quick coupler according to the present invention comprises: a quick coupler body mounted to an end of an excavator arm and a push link; a fixed hook disposed on one side of the quick coupler body and coupled to a first attachment pin; a hitch disposed on the other side of the quick coupler body and engaged with or disengaged from a second attachment pin according to an operation of a hydraulic cylinder; and a locking means which is operated in association with a cylinder operation for operating the hitch, and prevents unintentional release of a coupling state between the fixed hook and the first attachment pin by compressive elastic force of first and second compression springs.
Quick-hitch for construction vehicle tools
A quick-hitch for coupling a tool to an excavator arm or a similar tool manipulator includes two hitch halves that can be latched together, coupled to one another at a first pair of latching parts, and pivoted together, about the coupled first pair of latching parts, into a coupling position in which a second pair of latching parts of the hitch halves can be latched. Energy coupling parts are provided on and a coupling carrier is attached to each of the two hitch halves.
COUPLING DEVICE
A coupling device connecting a working implement to a working arm of a working machine. The device has a first coupler body, a second coupler body pivotally mounted to the first coupler body, and a third coupler body rotatably mounted to the second coupler body so as to be rotatable about a second axis. The coupling device includes first and second spaced apart actuators configured to tilt the second coupler body relative to the first coupler body, where the coupling device comprises a first end and a second end, and wherein the first and second actuators are arranged on the first end.
ASSEMBLY FOR SECURELY COUPLING A TOOL ON A WORKING ARM OF A PUBLIC WORKS MACHINE WITH IMPROVED OPERATION
Quick coupler for coupling a tool on a working arm of a public works machine, with two connection components equipping the tool, two coupling components for coupling with the connection components, a security component mounted for free rotation, at least one locking component, a translationally movable release component adapted to allow the security component to rotate. The release component with at least one translationally movable part adapted to be in contact with at least one surface, the shape of which is adapted to that of the security component, and a security component with at least one surface adapted to be in sliding contact with at least one complementary shaped surface of a connection component, the sliding contact inducing a rotation of the security component when the connection component moves out of its accommodation housing defined by the first coupling component.
PIN ACTUATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system for operating a work vehicle includes a hydraulic control assembly and a controller. The hydraulic control assembly includes a pump, accumulator, boom hydraulic cylinder, pin hydraulic cylinder, pin control valve, and ride control valve assembly. The boom hydraulic cylinder moves a boom of the work vehicle. The pin hydraulic cylinder moves a pin on the boom. The ride control valve assembly includes a charge valve and discharge valve. The charge valve is in fluid communication with the pump and the accumulator. The discharge valve is in fluid communication with the accumulator and a reservoir. The controller operates the work vehicle in a ride control mode and pin actuation mode. The pin actuation mode includes opening the charge valve with the discharge valve closed, and directing hydraulic fluid through the pin control valve.

LINKAGE FOR ARM ASSEMBLY WITH REDUCED WELD FATIGUE
A work machine includes a frame, a traction system supporting the frame, an arm assembly having a first end and a second end, the first end connected to the frame, an implement connected to the second end, and a linkage connecting the implement to the second end of the arm assembly. The linkage includes a pin-supporting section configured to accept a pin and a linking section attached to the pin-supporting section by a weld. The linking section includes a recess proximate to the weld.
Coupler with power connection system
A coupler for coupling an attachment to an excavator or other machine comprises a powered actuator for actuating a locking member into and out of said locking state, a first power coupling unit, and a second actuator for moving the power coupling unit into and out of an engaging position in which it is engagable with a corresponding second power coupling unit of the attachment. The coupler is configured to cause the first power coupling unit to move into the engaging position after said latching member adopts the locking state and, when decoupling the attachment from the coupler, to cause said latching member to remain in its locking state until after the first power coupling unit is moved out of its engaging position.
