Skid-steer type power unit engageable with an implement using an attachment assembly including an attachment frame and a hitch. An arcuate frame member is located forwardly of the attachment frame and is engaged therewith in such a way that the frame member pivots about a vertical axis located forwardly of the frame member and generally centrally positioned relative to the attachment frame. The frame member pivots in response to actuation of a hydraulic cylinder. The power unit includes a system for transferring weight of the implement rearwardly onto the power unit. A belt-drive power-take off system on the power unit powers the implement's operation. An underbelly drop spreader is located between the front and rear wheels of the power unit and a brine delivery system distributes brine from nozzles located rearwardly of the rear wheels. A unique control panel permits operation of all systems on the power unit and implement.

A COUPLER
20220098821 · 2022-03-31 ·

A coupler for coupling an implement having first and second spaced apart parallel pins, to the arm of a vehicle. The coupler has a body for attaching to the vehicle arm, a first fixed jaw, a movable second jaw facing away from the first jaw, and an actuator to selectively move the second jaw towards and away from the first jaw. The first jaw includes a lip forward of the seat for the first pin. A first locking member is pivotable between a locking position, in which a portion of the locking member protrudes into the opening of the first jaw, and an unlocked position. A second locking member is pivotable between a locking position in which a portion of the second locking member constricts the opening of the second jaw, and an unlocked position. Movement of the second jaw causes movement of the first locking member.

Quick-Hitch for Construction Vehicle Tools

A quick-hitch for coupling a tool to an excavator arm or to a similar tool manipulator, including two hitch halves that can be latched together and that comprise at least one pair of latching parts with which a displaceable latch is associated, an actuating cylinder being provided for actuating the latch. The actuating cylinder has a mechanical blocking unit for locking the latching position of the bolt, having a lead screw which is in a threaded engagement with the piston and/or the piston rod of the actuating cylinder, so that the piston is only displaceable by turning the lead screw, as well as a releasable anti-rotation device for the lead screw.
