Coupler for a wheel loader
A coupler for a wheel loader is disclosed. The coupler is used for coupling an attachment to a lifting arm of the wheel loader. A bracket is installed between the lifting arm and the attachment. The bracket's back face is pivotally connected to a lifting arm and the bracket's front face is detachably connected to the attachment. The attachment has a pair of protrusions rearwardly extending from the lower back of the attachment and have locking holes pierced through their width. The bracket has a pair of receiving slots formed at the lower front of the bracket and engaged with the protrusions. The coupler has a shaft, and a pair of locking pins combined with the shaft by threads. The threads formed at one end of the shaft are right handed and the threads formed at the other end of the shaft are left handed. When users turn the shaft in one direction, the locking pins are extended and engaged with the locking holes (a coupling position). When users turn the shaft in the other direction, the locking pins are shortened and released from the locking holes (a release position).
Attachment holder for construction equipment and construction machine
An attachment holder for construction equipment includes a movable-side pin guidance surface configured to guide a movable-side coupling pin to a movable-side pin accommodation portion. The attachment holder also includes an excessive closure prevention portion configured to prevent a movable-side jaw from closing excessively with respect to a stationary-side jaw to enable the movable-side coupling pin to come into contact with the movable-side pin guidance surface, whether the movable-side coupling pin is of an attachment for the construction equipment that has a minimum pin-to-pin spacing or a maximum pin-to-pin spacing, in a case in which the movable-side coupling pin is to be accommodated in the movable-side pin accommodation portion by operating, for example, an arm of the construction machine so as to move the movable-side jaw closer to the movable-side coupling pin after a stationary-side coupling pin is accommodated in a stationary-side pin accommodation portion.
QUICK COUPLER AND QUICK COUPLER SYSTEM WITH SUCH A QUICK COUPLER
A quick coupler for changing attachments on a construction machine includes a carrier; first receptacles arranged on one side of the carrier for a first coupling element; second receptacles arranged on the other side of the carrier for a second coupling element; a locking device associated with the first receptacles, the locking device movable between release and locking positions; and a catch device arranged on the carrier with at least one catch hook arranged pivotably on the carrier for catching the attachment. A control element is arranged on the catch hook for pivoting the catch hook, independently of the locking device, between a folded-down change- and catch position and a folded-up safety position. The catch hook is pushed into its folded-down change- and catch position by a spring assembly.
ATTACHMENT HOLDER FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
An attachment holder for construction equipment includes a movable-side pin guidance surface that guides a movable-side coupling pin to a movable-side pin accommodation portion. The attachment holder also includes an excessive closure prevention portion that prevents a movable-side jaw from closing excessively with respect to a stationary-side jaw to enable the movable-side coupling pin to come into contact with a movable-side pin guidance surface, whether the movable-side coupling pin of an attachment for construction equipment that has a minimum pin-to-pin spacing or a maximum pin-to-pin spacing, in a case in which the movable-side coupling pin is to be accommodated in the movable-side pin accommodation portion by operating, for example, an arm of the construction machine so as to move the movable-side jaw closer to the movable-side coupling pin after the stationary-side coupling pin is accommodated in the stationary-side pin accommodation portion.
Loader attachment system
A loader attachment system is configured so as to detachably attach a loader to a vehicle by detachably attaching a mast of the loader to a loader mount fixed on the vehicle. The loader attachment system includes a support device, a location device, and an engagement device. The support device is configured to support the mast on the loader mount so that the mast is rotatable relative to the loader mount. The location device is configured to locate the mast supported on the loader mount by the support device at an attachment position. The engagement device is configured to engage the mast at the attachment position with the loader mount so as to prevent the mast from rotating in a direction to detach the mast from the loader mount. The support device, the location device and the engagement device are configured independent of one another.
HOLLOW TWO-POINT LEVER
A mast arm for a large-scale manipulator is disclosed. The mast arm includes a turntable rotatable about a vertical axis, a two-point lever enclosing at least one cavity, and a plurality of mast arm segments. The plurality of mast arm segments are pivotable at articulated joints about articulation axes relative to an adjacent mast arm segment or the turntable via a respective drive unit. At least one of the respective drive units is fastened to a first mast arm segment and acts via the two-point lever on a second mast arm segment or on the turntable.
IMPLEMENT CARRIER
Power machines with implement carriers that can sense the proximity of an implement to the implement carrier with a plurality of sensors. Such sensing is indicative of the likelihood of an implement being positioned adjacent to the implement carrier. In some embodiments, a sensor detects whether a locking mechanism is activated.
Tractor attachment and tractor attachment kit
A tractor attachment mountable on a loader boom of a tractor and a tractor attachment kit. In one embodiment, the tractor attachment is a grapple assembly, and the grapple assembly kit includes a mounting assembly, a plurality of clamping units, and a plurality of support units. The clamping units and the support units are removably mountable on the mounting assembly and may be arranged in different combinations on the mounting assembly. Such combinations may range from a single clamping unit mounted on the mounting assembly to a mixture of clamping units and support units mounted on the mounting assembly to several clamping units mounted on the mounting assembly. The clamping units may have alternative pivot points to permit jaws of the clamping unit to close at different speeds and with different forces. One or more fangs may be removably mounted on a clamping unit to enhance its grip.
Work vehicle
A wheel loader includes a console box, a link rod, and a shutoff valve. The console box is disposed on the side of an operator's seat, is able to rotate in the forward and backward direction between an operation position in which the console box is disposed horizontally and a retracted position in which the console box is rotated rearward from the operation position, and has a slot. The link rod is connected at one end to the slot and transmits the rotation of the console box. The link rod is able to rotate a shaft to switch between an open position in which an actuator drive-use hydraulic circuit can be actuated, and a closed position in which the actuator drive-use hydraulic circuit cannot be actuated. A second end of the link rod is linked to the shaft.
