Quick hitch
A quick hitch for mounting an implement on a machine includes at least one lug for connecting the machine and a securing assembly for securing the quick hitch to an implement. The securing assembly includes an over-center mechanism and a locking member. The over-center mechanism includes a first member pivotal at an axis D relative to a chassis, a first end of a first link that pivots at an axis E relative to a first arm of the first member, and a second end of the link that pivots at an axis F. When the securing assembly is in a first position with the hitch secured to an implement, axis E lies on a first side of a line between axes D and F. When in a second position with the hitch unattached, axis E lies on a second side of a line between axes D and F.
Rear attachment
An attachment for the rear of a skid steer type vehicle to connect any of a variety of commercially available attachments to the rear of that vehicle. A pair of hydraulic actuators articulate the arm assembly relative to the plate assemblies affixed to the vehicle to raise and lower the attachment.
Self-locking attachment coupler
The coupler is mounted on the end of the boom of a boom-tractor, and provides secure locking-in of a bucket. The coupler having been set to its latched-open condition, the tractor is driven to the bucket so that a bottom-lug of the bucket enters the coupler, whereupon the bucket is picked up and is automatically securely locked into coupler, without any manipulation of the coupler being required of the tractor-driver other than manipulation of the boom. For setting the bucket down on the ground, after use, the driver manually pulls out a slider of the coupler. That action sets the coupler into its slider-held condition, whereby when the tractor is driven away from the bucket, the coupler is automatically left set in the said latched-open condition.
Quick-change device
The invention relates to a quick-change device (IO) having at least one locking bolt (26) and a motor drive which moves the locking bolt (26) into a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein the drive (16) has an energy connection (28a, 28b) and output means (34) interacting with the locking bolt (26), wherein the drive (16) comprises a rotary drive (30) having a motor and an output shaft (34), wherein the output shaft (34) is mechanically connected to the locking bolt (26), with the result that the locking bolt (26) is movable along an actuation axis. The invention is distinguished by the fact that the drive (16) has an attachment (20) for a shaft-hub connection, on which attachment a tool for manual actuation can be mounted, with the result that a manual actuation acts directly on the output shaft (34) and here the attachment (20) is arranged coaxially to a rotary connection (32a, 32b) of a gear shaft (32c, 32d).
WORK VEHICLE
A wheel loader includes a console box, a link rod, and a shutoff valve. The console box is disposed on the side of an operator's seat, is able to rotate in the forward and backward direction between an operation position in which the console box is disposed horizontally and a retracted position in which the console box is rotated rearward from the operation position, and has a slot. The link rod is connected at one end to the slot and transmits the rotation of the console box. The link rod is able to rotate a shaft to switch between an open position in which an actuator drive-use hydraulic circuit can be actuated, and a closed position in which the actuator drive-use hydraulic circuit cannot be actuated. A second end of the link rod is linked to the shaft.
Quick coupler
A coupler for securing an attachment to an earth working machine. The coupler Includes a coupler body that presents a receptacle having a capture region. A pin of an attachment can move into and out of the capture region. A retainer can capture the pin in the capture region but the retainer can be moved by a hydraulically driven driver to a position to allow release of the pin from the capture region. A trigger that the pin will strike when the pin moves into or out of the capture region, decouples the driver from the retainer and the retainer is then allowed to be biased back to its retaining position by a spring.
Implement interface
An interface for an implement that is to be operably coupled to a power machine includes an implement carrier mountable to a power machine for securing the implement for use with the power machine. The implement carrier includes an implement carrier frame, a locking feature for securing an implement, and a coupler block that is pivotally mounted to the implement carrier frame for engaging couplers on the implement. Implements and adapters configured to interface with the implement carrier are also disclosed.
Construction machine
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
Lifting arm assembly and method of changing a holder in said lifting arm assembly
A lifting arm assembly for lifting an elongate element includes a lifting arm comprising a complementary fastener and at least one fastening element, and a holder for at least one tool which comprises a first complementary fastening device. The holder is configured to be replaceable. The holder comprises a suspension device configured to fasten to the complementary fastener on the lifting arm, and at least one first receiving device configured to cooperate with the first complementary fastening device on the at least one tool.
Implement interface
A carrier for an implement that can be operably coupled to a power machine. In one example, an implement carrier can be mountable to a power machine for securing an implement for use with the power machine. The implement carrier can include an implement carrier frame, a locking feature for securing an implement, and a coupler block that is pivotally mounted to the implement carrier frame for engaging couplers on the implement.
