SWIVELING WORKING MACHINE

A swiveling working machine includes a swivel base; a working device provided on a front side of the swivel base; a battery unit; an electric motor that is driven by electric power output by the battery unit; and a hydraulic pump that delivers a hydraulic fluid by driving of the electric motor. The battery unit is disposed at a rear portion of the swivel base. The electric motor and the hydraulic pump are disposed sideward of the battery unit side by side in a front-rear direction.

A working machine includes: a support bracket provided on a machine body and including a boom pivotal support portion and a cylinder pivotal support portion; a boom pivotally supported by the boom pivotal support portion; a boom cylinder pivotally supported at the cylinder pivotal support portion and the boom, and causing the boom to swing upward and downward; a hydraulic hose extended through the support bracket from the rear of the support bracket to the front of the support bracket and connected to the boom cylinder; a first clamp to retain the hydraulic hose on the support bracket; and a second clamp to retain the hydraulic hose on the boom cylinder. The support bracket includes a through hole through which the hydraulic hose is passed in a fore-and-aft direction. The first clamp is disposed rearward of the through hole and forward of the rear end of the boom shaft.

The present invention provides a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material. The boom system 1 is mounted or attached to a vehicle. The boom system 1 comprises a base 2, a column 5 protruding upwardly from the base 2 and a boom arm 3 moveably connectable to the upright column 5 at connection point 16. A moving arrangement 4 is provided to move all or part of the upright column 5 towards and away from the base 2 so that the connection 16 between the boom arm 3 and the upright column is moveable towards and away from the base 2. A mobile crusher comprising a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material is also provided.

The present invention is provided with: a plate provided while one surface is directed toward the machine body structure of a working machine; a first support and a second support, which are raised from the one surface of the plate and which affix the plate to the machine body structure; a hydraulic hose which is routed on and along the one surface of the plate; and an electric component mounted on the one surface of the plate. The one surface of the plate has a hydraulic hose arrangement section where the hydraulic hose is arranged between the first support and the second support, and an electric component mounting section where the electric component is mounted so as to be adjacent to the hydraulic hose arrangement section.

Embodiments of an intelligent hinged boom excavation system include a hinged boom assembly terminating in an excavation tool, an electro-hydraulic (EH) actuation subsystem, and boom assembly tracking sensors providing tracking data indicative of excavation tool movement. A controller architecture is operable in an excavation depth limiting mode in which the controller architecture: (i) tracks a current position of the excavation tool relative to a virtual excavation floor utilizing the tracking data provided by the boom assembly tracking sensors; (ii) determines when an operator-commanded movement of the hinged boom assembly will result in breach of the virtual excavation floor by the excavation tool; and (iii) when determining that an operator-commanded movement of the hinged boom assembly will result in breach of the virtual excavation floor, controls the EH actuation subsystem to modify the operator-commanded movement in a manner preventing breach of the virtual excavation floor by the excavation tool.

The display system includes: an arithmetic unit that calculates the position of the bucket on the basis of a detection result obtained by a position detecting device provided on the turning work vehicle, and calculates a necessary revolving amount of the revolving superstructure and a necessary offset amount of the work machine that are needed to align a side section of the bucket with a side edge of a predetermined excavation area; and a display device that displays the positional relationship between the bucket and the predetermined excavation area.

BACKHOE LOADER FOR EFFICIENT DIGGING

The present disclosure relates to a backhoe loader for efficient digging. The backhoe loader includes: a vehicle body, including a first vehicle body and a second vehicle body which are connected sequentially; a loading device, arranged on the first vehicle body; a control platform, arranged on the second vehicle body and configured to rotate by 360? relative to the second vehicle body; a cab, arranged on a first side of the control platform; and an excavating device, arranged on a second side of the control platform opposite to the first side, the excavating device being configured to rotate by 180? relative to the cab. The backhoe loader can realize functions of 360? excavating and bidirectional driving. When the excavating device works, the backhoe loader can be directly moved by folding stabilizers and without changing the position of a seat back and forth, so that the excavating efficiency is improved.
