A ground beam for a modular constructed building has a pair of surfaces for supporting one or more wall panels and a longitudinally extending male projection interspaced between the pair of surfaces. The projection is capable of being at least partially inserted into a wall panel. In a modular constructed building, a plurality of ground beams and wall panels are provided and a securing device is included for securing the wall panels to a respective beam.
STORAGE SHED STRUCTURE
The present subject matter discloses an outdoor storage shed utilizing plastic components or panels. A storage shed structure can comprise foldable corner panels, which pivot at integrated folding grooves to serve as corners. Each leaf of a foldable corner panel can be fitted with a unique coupling mechanism to interact with an additional panel. Furthermore, the storage shed structure can come with pre-constructed shelf grooves in the foldable corner panels. Storage shelves can be slotted into these grooves, thereby boosting the overall stability of the storage shed.
IMPROVEMENTS IN MODULAR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS
A joining system is provided for connecting first and second building construction members. The system includes a female dog (18) that connects to the first building construction member (14) and includes first and second female dog receiving surfaces (20,22), which face generally away from each other, and are adjacent an aperture (24) defining an axis. The system further includes a male dog (32) that is connectable to the second building construction member (16) and includes first and second male dog clamping surfaces (33,34) which generally face each other. The male dog (32) inserts through the aperture (24) and moves in a first lateral direction to clamp the female dog (18). A locking arrangement (42) includes first and second locking structures (44,46) which engage to permit movement of the male dog (32) in the first lateral direction to increase a clamping force on the female dog (18), and inhibit movement opposite the first lateral direction.
System and Method for Connecting Textile-Reinforced Structural Modules, Apparatus and Method for Producing a Textile Reinforcement or a Textile-Reinforced Structural Module, Concrete Component, Printer Description File and Yarn Deposition File
The invention relates to a system for connecting textile-reinforced structural modules along a connecting edge (76) having an edge groove (74) comprising yarn loops (4). According to the invention, the system comprises a wedge element (410) and two shell elements (420) having a keyway (422) and is provided for insertion into the two edge grooves (74) having overlapping yarn loops (4), wherein further the wedge element (410) is provided for partial extraction from the two oppositely arranged keyways (422) so that the shell elements (420) can be spread away from each other by wedge action and the yarn loops (4) can be pulled together. The invention further relates to an apparatus and a method for producing a textile reinforcement (10) comprising a yarn (2) arranged within a base frame (100) or for producing a textile-reinforced structural module (72) comprising the textile reinforcement (10) and a curable material, wherein a freely formable shaping device (200) is provided on which the structural module is formed. According to the invention, the textile reinforcement (10) can be formed between yarn holding devices (130, 180) arrangeable on bendable frame strips (110). The invention also relates to a concrete component comprising connected concrete structural modules and a printer description file, and a yarn deposition file.
Component and production method
A component having at least two parts which contact one another via their narrow faces, includes multiple connection elements which pretension the parts with respect to one another. The connection elements are accommodated in recesses formed as undercuts in the parts. The recesses are aligned transversely to the longitudinal extension of the narrow faces of the parts, the openings of the recesses being open towards the narrow faces of the parts. The connection elements are respectively formed of two wedge-shaped pieces arranged in a diametrically opposed manner. When the pieces of the connection elements are accommodated completely in the recesses, the ribs of the connection elements completely fill out the recesses, so that the parts are pretensioned with respect to one another, and a gap is prevented from forming between the parts or the closing of a previously present gap is achieved.
Modular wall system having thin walls
A pre-fabricated wall system can include a first thin wall module and a second thin wall module. The two thin wall modules have a depth defined by a distance from a front surface of each thin wall module to aback surface of each thin wall module. The pre-fabricated wall system can further include a vertical connection post that has a first connection interface on a first side configured to secure to the first thin wall module. The first connection interface can include a first channel. The vertical connection post can also include a second connection interface on a second side opposite the first side configured to secure to the second thin wall module. The second connection interface can include a second channel. The two thin wall modules can be parallel or co-planar to one another when the two thin wall modules are secured to the vertical connection post.
CONSTRUCTION APPARATUS AND METHOD
The invention relates to a construction apparatus with a first and second construction part each including a receiving portion. An interlocking means is included, adapt to be received in the receiving portions of the first and second construction parts when put together to maintain the first panel and second panel together. The invention relates to a construction apparatus made of bamboo. The invention also relates to methods of use of the invention. The invention also relates to an engineered bamboo panel.
System and method for building structures using multilayered panel frames
The present invention is to provide assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts for light weight construction that is versatile, rigid, flexible and structurally stable. The assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts for constructing a complete building structure eliminates the need for conventional framing using unitized polygon shaped panel frames with alignment pieces, separators and fastener parts connected together. The assemblies with polygon shaped panel frames, separators and parts comprises of panel frames which are different geometric shapes or polygon parts, including but not limited to circles, ovals, triangles, trapezoids, rectangles, squares, pentagons, hexagons, etc. Panel frames can be hollowed or solid and can be fabricated as pieces of and in itself. Panel frames can be composed of many types of materials including but not limited to wood, metal, polymers, composites, plastics, etc. Two (2) or more panel frames are connected with fasteners utilizing a link. Links are parts that create separation between the panel frames and also conjoin other panel frames. Links provide load transfer and can be made of polymers, wood, composites, metal, plastics, etc. The panel frames and links are connected together using fasteners like screws, bolts, nuts, tee-nuts, rivets, rivet nuts, couplers, standoffs, dowels, etc. The panel frames and links are designed to repeat and can provide a building structure with window and doorway openings space and utility space for electrical and plumbing installations. Further, the assemblies can be easily rearranged and reassembled to achieve the desired configuration at low cost, efficient time and minimal labor.
