The splice joint includes a plate-like tongue-and-groove joint, the tongue-and-groove joint including a tongue fixed to the central web of a main girder part, and a groove fixed to the central web of a second main girder part; and a lower flange joint receiving the bending forces of the splice joint. The tongue-and-groove joints are arranged reversed in relation to each other, and the location of the tongues and grooves on opposite sides of the web is reverse in relation to each other.

ONE-PIECE BONDING SPLICE FOR RAILS

A splice having a main body and one or more protrusions extending from the main body. The one or more protrusions can be operable to interfere with a rail when the main body is installed into an opening of the rail. The one or more protrusions may be operable to cut into a coating of the rail and form an electrical connection between the rail and the main body.

A system including a wall-mount hook and a perimeter pocket. The wall-mount hook is attached to a wall and includes a wall contacting portion having a top and a bottom, and a upward facing hook between the top and the bottom of the wall contacting portion. The pocket includes a top portion attached to a first and second leg on opposite ends of the top portion extending downwardly. The pocket further includes a wall attachment region including a downward facing hook and a ledge on an exterior surface of the pocket. The first leg contacts the wall, the bottom of the wall contacting portion slots into the ledge of the wall attachment region, and the downward facing hook of the wall attachment region rests on the upward facing hook of the wall-mount hook. The connection between the wall-mount hook and the pocket constrains lateral and vertical movement of the pocket.

A joist reinforcement apparatus is disclosed for a joist having a top chord, a bottom chord, and plurality of cross supports extending between the top chord and the bottom chord, the plurality of cross supports forming panel points along the joist. A panel point bracket assembly can be securable about one of the panel points of the joist. A load bracket assembly can be securable to either the top chord or the bottom chord of the joist. An adjustable coupling assembly can have a first end pivotally connected to the panel point bracket assembly and a second end pivotally connected to the load bracket assembly. The apparatus can help provide non-welded single point load reinforcement on a chord of a joist.

Reinforced beam system

A reinforced beam system comprises at least one pair of angularly spaced, corner-connected beams configured with two oppositely oriented triangular closed head portions, and a web interposed between head portions; a plurality of reinforcement elements forcibly contacting an interior wall of the corresponding head portion; and for each pair, at least one angled connector. A first leg of the angled connector abuts the flange of a second head portion of the first beam and is connected to a first reinforcement element inserted within the second head portion of the first beam, and a second leg of the angled connector abuts the flange of a first head portion of the second beam and is connected to a second reinforcement element inserted within both the first head portion of the second beam and a first head portion of the first beam. A beam system in one embodiment is devoid of reinforcement elements.

TWO-PIECE TRACK SYSTEM

A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.

Fitting profile for prefabrication constructive system and assembly method of a fitting profile system

The present invention is directed to a fitting profile (1), a fitting profile system, and an assembly method of the fitting profile system. Said profile (1) comprises two tabs (2, 3) perpendicularly connected to each other at a joint (9). At its inner (20) surface, tab (2) comprises a shoulder (10) with a fitting member (6) of the male type disposed thereon. At its end, tab (3) comprises a fitting member (7) of the female type. The shape of each of said fitting members (6, 7) is complementary to each other so as to allow a fitting attachment into another identically shaped profile. Profile (1) is particularly intended to be built-in in panels in order to facilitate and simplify their coupling.
