ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR A BUILDING STRUCTURE AND A WALL STRUCTURE HAVING AN ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM
An adjustable support system has a base bracket member, a clip member, and an outer bracket. The base bracket member has a first end wall that overlays a substrate, a body wall extending outwardly therefrom and a second end wall opposite the first end wall. The clip member has a base bracket member coupling, and a projecting arm. The base bracket member coupling is attached to the first end wall and overlies a portion of the body wall. The projecting arm is spaceable apart from the body wall. The outer bracket has a spanning wall with inner and outer sides. An outer end wall extends from the outer side. The spanning wall is slidably positionable between the body wall of the base bracket member and the at least one clip member, to sandwich the same. Wall assemblies and methods are likewise disclosed.
Undercut clip anchor system for cladding of materials
The present subject matter relates to method(s), system(s) and device(s) for cladding of materials, and in particular to an undercut clip anchor system. The system comprises a horizontal rail which mounts both an upper undercut clip and a lower undercut clip for attaching an upper cladding panel and a lower cladding panel, respectively. Serrations on the undercut clips and on a nut bar serrated washer allow for the accurate vertical adjustment of the cladding panels.
METHOD OF FORMING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE HAVING RIGID WALL PANELS
A method of forming a three-dimensional frame structure is provided. The structure includes a plurality of rigid wall panels that are adhesively secured to components of a system. The components are specially designed to allow for adjusting the dimensions of a wall panel. The method generally comprises providing a series of corner castings, and providing a series of linear extrusion members. The method also includes connecting the series of corner castings and the plurality of linear extrusion members to form a three-dimensional frame, and adhesively securing rigid wall panels to the three-dimensional frame to form the frame structure. The rigid panels may include porcelain ceramic tiles, natural stone tiles, or other panels.

Facade construction
The invention relates to a facade construction comprising first thermal barrier elements which are arranged on a supporting framework, in particular of an outer wall of a building, second thermal barrier elements which are arranged on the first thermal barrier elements and a retaining device which is arranged on the supporting framework and holds the first and second thermal barrier elements on the supporting framework. The facade device further comprises an intermediate layer in the form of a multiplicity of mounting plates, which intermediate layer is attached to and supported by the retaining device, wherein the second thermal barrier elements are arranged on the intermediate layer.
THERMAL BRICK SUPPORT MOUNTING BRACKET
A thermal brick support system includes a mounting bracket and a shelf. The mounting bracket has a mounting plate and a pair of spaced apart legs extending from the mounting bracket. The legs extend perpendicular from the mounting plate and each have an extension portion extending from the mounting plate and a depending portion depending from the extension portion. The extension portion spaces the depending portion from a plane defined by the mounting plate to define a gap. The legs each have a hook formed therein on a front edge. The shelf has an upstanding leg and a transverse leg. The upstanding leg has through wall slots formed therein to cooperate with the mounting bracket hooks. When the shelf is positioned on the mounting bracket, the hooks engage the slots to support the shelf from the mounting bracket. A mounting bracket for a thermal brick support system is also disclosed.
FITTING EXTERNAL INSULATION SYSTEMS TO BUILDINGS
There is disclosed a method of retro-fitting an external insulation system to a building, and a retro-fit external insulation system for a building. One disclosed method comprising the steps of: mounting a plurality of support elements (16) to an existing external surface (14) of a wall (12) of a building (10); providing a plurality of surface panels (22), each of which comprises an internal wall-facing surface (36) and an external surface (38); arranging the surface panels so that they cover at least a substantial part of the existing external surface of the wall; mounting each surface panel to one or more of the support elements, so that cavities (40) are defined between the internal wall-facing surfaces of the panels and the existing external surface of the wall; and supplying flowable insulation material (42) into the cavities; in which the step of mounting the support elements to the external surface comprises positioning at least one adjustable one-piece spacer (108) between each support element and the surface, the spacer comprising a first end (112) which abuts the surface and a second end (114) which abuts the support element, and adjusting the spacer to vary a space (110) between the support element and the surface.
Cladding installation support
A cladding support device comprises a folded sheet metal body. The folded sheet method body includes a base wall, a top wall portion protruding out relative to the base wall, a side wall protruding from the base wall and having an upper edge adjacent the top wall portion; and a clamp on the top wall portion, the clamp including a substantially planar body with side edges extending between a coupled end to which the clamp is coupled to the sheet metal body and an outboard end and the clamp being positioned on the top wall with one side edge extending along the upper edge of the side wall.
Modular system for continuously insulating exterior walls of a structure and securing exterior cladding to the structure
A modular system for continuously insulating exterior walls of a structure and cladding the structure walls provides thermally isolated MFI-brackets secured to a structural wall supporting thermally isolated vertical or horizontal rails supporting exterior cladding. Thermal insulation is positionally retained against the structure wall interior of the exterior cladding by the MFI-brackets and a pressure equalized moisture controlling rain screen is maintained between the interior surface of the exterior cladding and an exterior facing surface of the insulation.
Adjustable building panel support device
An adjustable building panel support device comprising a building panel support element, a support bracket and at least one connector suitable for attaching an insulated building panel to a substrate for constructing an insulated wall section. The building support element and the support bracket are fixable together at a user determinable position by the at least one connector whereby the distance between the building panel support element and the support bracket can be varied to accommodate surface variations that may be present on a substrate surface.
