A tile system for use on a grid of a suspended ceiling comprises a plurality of tiles, each said tile having a main body having an exposed side and a concealed side, the exposed side defining a main surface, the concealed side defining a rear plane, and four side surfaces between the exposed side and the concealed side of the main body, wherein two of the four side surfaces have at least one tongue in the rear plane, and two other of the four side surfaces have at least one groove open to the rear plane. Fasteners, such as clips, are configured for attaching the tongues of one of the tiles to upside-down T channels of the grid, such that the rear plane of the tile is against a downwardly facing surface of the T channels of the grid. The tiles are arranged such that, for a pair of the tiles side by side and sharing a same channel, one of the tiles has its at least one tongue connected to the channel by said fasteners, and the other of the tiles has its at least one groove receiving the at least one tongue of the adjacent tile. A method of installation is also provided.

The mounting clip has the following characteristics: reducing the number of clips because clips may be used for both horizontal and vertical mountings of the ceramic panel; the clips are not exposed; the resilient contact between the clips and panels; panels are not vulnerable to come off; the clips can satisfy the separate mounting and removal for panels.

In use, the stringers can be mounted upright, spaced apart and parallel, on an upright wall, and aligned so that the clips are in horizontal rows. A siding panel has a plurality of elongated connectors, spaced apart and parallel, on a rear face. In use, the panel can be mounted upright, with the connectors horizontal, and each connector engaged in the clips of one of the horizontal rows of clips so that the weight of the panel is supported by the clips of a plurality of the horizontal rows of clips through the connectors.

There is provided a wall panel mount system including first and second frames connectable to first and second wall panels, respectively. The wall panel mount system includes a clip connectable to a wall or wall substrate. The clip snap-fit connects to the first frame and slidably connects to the second frame. The clip includes a clip snap interface or first male portion which snap-fit connects to the first frame and a clip slide function interface or second male portion which slidably couples to and/or extends within a female portion of the second frame according to one aspect. The clip is configured to snap-fit connect to the first frame via a folded portion thereof according to another aspect. Each frame includes an inner channel with one or more angled surfaces shaped to facilitate insertion of the clip therein according to a further aspect.
