Form Panel System
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panel assemblies. The apparatus replaces prior art assembly methods and fasteners with a particular connecting structure to facilitate assembly. The frame extrusions are modified to facilitate assembly and increase ease in adaptation and installation.
Wall connecting assembly and method for connecting a wall panel to a wall structure
The disclosure concerns a wall connecting assembly for mounting a wall panel to a wall structure, the wall connecting assembly comprising: a receiving plate adapted to be mounted to the wall structure, the receiving plate defining a receiving space and comprising a lower projection; a first connector comprising a mounting plate adapted to be at least partially slidably mounted within the receiving space and a first engaging portion, wherein the mounting plate abuts against the lower projection when the mounting plate is within the receiving space of the receiving plate; and a second connector being part of or being mounted to the wall panel and defining a second engaging portion adapted to register with the first engaging portion of the first connector. The disclosure also concerns a method for mounting a wall panel to a wall structure.

PROFILE ELEMENT AND FACADE SYSTEM WITH PROFILE ELEMENT
A profile element and a facade system for mounting on buildings having facade panels are connected to profile elements, each profile element having a receiving section, a fastening section and a mounting section. The receiving section forms a receiving space at its free end and the fastening section is formed such that it rests at least partially on the back of the facade panel. The fastening section is positioned with respect to the facade panel such that the mounting section extends beyond the facade pane.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDING PANEL
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
METAL WALL MATERIAL AND WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SAME
A metal wall material 1 according to the present invention comprises: a front substrate 10 made of a metal sheet, the front substrate 10 comprising a body portion 100 formed into a box shape; a back substrate 11 arranged on a back side of the front substrate 10 so as to cover an opening of the body portion 100; and a core material 12 filled between the body portion 100 and the back substrate 11, the metal wall material 1 being tightened to a wall base by driving at least one tightening member into the body portion 100, wherein a top plate portion 101 of the body portion 100 comprises at least one protruding rib 3 comprised of at least one protrusion 30 disposed along a side of a polygon or along a circle, and wherein the metal wall material 1 is configured such that the tightening member is driven into an inner region 3a of the protruding rib 3.

SIDING PANEL WITH A RECESSED LOCKING SECTION
A siding panel includes a hanger section adjacent to an upper edge and a lower locking section adjacent to a lower edge. When installed, the lower locking section of an upper siding panel partially overlaps, extends into, and interlocks with a hanger section of a lower siding panel in an interference fit.
