Cleanroom panel system
The system includes a plurality of panels made of a thermoplastic material. The panels have a hermetically-sealed connection between them using a plurality of first thermoplastic welded junctions. The system further includes a plurality of elongated snap-in panel anchoring units. Each unit including complementary first and second members to be latched together through an interfering engagement. At least the first member of each snap-in panel anchoring unit is made of a thermoplastic material and these first members are attached to the outboard major surface of the panels using a plurality of second thermoplastic welded junctions.
System for Dry Execution of Finishing Material
A system for dry execution of finishing material according to an aspect of the present invention may comprise a fixing bracket fixed to an outer wall of a building, a brick which is provided on one surface of the fixing bracket and of which one surface facing the fixing bracket an insertion groove is formed in to be coupled into the fixing bracket in a fitting manner, and LEDs provided on the brick to emit light.
Form Panel System
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panel assemblies. The apparatus replaces prior art assembly methods and fasteners with a particular connecting structure to facilitate assembly. The frame extrusions are modified to facilitate assembly and increase ease in adaptation and installation.
Form panel system
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panel assemblies. The apparatus replaces prior art assembly methods and fasteners with a particular mounting structure to facilitate assembly. The frame extrusions are modified to facilitate assembly with adhesive sealants and removal of mechanical fasteners and increase ease in adaptation and installation.
WALL PANEL AND ASSOCIATED APPARATUS
A wall panel comprising a front face, a return lip extending from at least one edge of the front face to define a flange lying behind the front face, and a mounting clip formed in the flange for attaching the wall panel to a support structure is provided. The mounting clip may comprise a curved formation, thereby having a distance from the front face that varies along its length. The formation may be shaped to include a local minimum distance. The mounting clip may be a tab or tongue defined by a U-shaped slot cut in the flange. The U-shaped slot can be located in the flange between a pair of through-holes or slots. According to other embodiments of the present disclosure, a device for shaping the mounting clips, and a method of assembling a paneled wall using the device to manufacture the mounting clips are provided.
Metal panel wall cover system
Metal panel sidings have panel clips and a cover. The panel clips are mounted in linear arrays to a wall. The cover has a plurality of elongated metal panels having lateral side laps and a show side. The side laps extend inward from the show side. The panel clips have a first catch engaging a side lap of a first panel and a second catch engaging a side lap of a second, adjacent panel. The side laps provide vertical seams between adjacent panels. The first catch of the clips is mounted to the wall. The second catch is coupled to the first catch for movement from an unset position to a set position. The second catch does not engage the side lap of the second panel in its unset position, and engages the side lap of the second panel in its set position. Straps preferably are installed on the panels.
Apparatus for improving the acoustics of an interior space, a system incorporating said apparatus and method of using said apparatus
An acoustic panel for use in an interior space is disclosed along with a system and method for using two or more of such panels to improve the acoustics of the interior space. Each acoustic panel comprises a substrate and a plurality of nodules affixed to the substrate wherein each nodule has a width and a substantially right triangular shape across the entire width with a first leg of the right triangular shape substantially perpendicular to the substrate, a base of the right triangular shape substantially parallel to the substrate and a hypotenuse, the first leg of each nodule having a height that is substantially less than a length of a quarter wave formed in the interior space by a lower frequency signal. For any one particular acoustic panel, the nodules are oriented such that their hypotenuse slopes right, left, down or up as determined for each nodule by a predetermined, generally desired direction for redirecting the sound while providing fractal-chaotic differentiality in the portion of the sound waves that are reflected by the acoustic panel.
Apparatus for mounting a panel to a facade
An apparatus for mounting a panel to a faade utilizing a base member fastened to such faade. The base member provides a compartment holding a bracket that mates with a receiver. The receiver links to the panel via an extension member held to the panel.
HEATING AND COOLING SPACES
A body for cooling and heating formed from a mixture of a porous medium and a phase change material whereby at least some of the phase change material is absorbed within the pore structure of the porous medium.
Hanger for precast cladding panels, and precast panel incorporating same
An elongate hanger for precast cladding panels includes an anchorage band embeddable in an upper region of a precast panel; an abutment band contiguous with the anchorage band and providing an abutment surface for the lower edge of an upper panel in a panel assembly mounted to a support wall; a ventilation band contiguous with and extending horizontally from the abutment band, and having one or more ventilation openings; and a mounting band contiguous with and extending upward from the ventilation band in a tilted off-vertical plane when the panel is mounted to a support wall by fasteners extending through a lower region of the mounting band. The hanger vertically supports the cladding panel at a distance from the support wall corresponding to an air space defined by the selected hanger geometry, with the ventilation openings facilitating the flow of water or water vapor out of the air space.
