CLEANROOM PANEL SYSTEM
The system includes a plurality of panels made of a thermoplastic material. The panels have a hermetically-sealed connection between them using a plurality of first thermoplastic welded junctions. The system further includes a plurality of elongated snap-in panel anchoring units. Each unit including complementary first and second members to be latched together through an interfering engagement. At least the first member of each snap-in panel anchoring unit is made of a thermoplastic material and these first members are attached to the outboard major surface of the panels using a plurality of second thermoplastic welded junctions.
Prefabricated wall of tiles or panels
A prefabricated wall (100) being modular is described, comprising at least one module (1) comprising at least one sheet layer (2) adapted to mount at least one panel (5) by means of fixing means (6) and a supporting frame (3), which supports said at least one module (1), said supporting frame (3) is a frame delimiting a through opening (30) which mounts said at least one sheet layer (2) which is a plate sheet comprising a multiplicity of through openings (20) and a multiplicity of through slots (25) adapted to be traversed by a fixing mean (6) up to an engagement position of said fixing mean (6) with said at least one sheet layer (2) in order to mount said at least one panel (5).
SIDING PANEL WITH A RECESSED LOCKING SECTION
A siding panel includes a hanger section adjacent to an upper edge and a lower locking section adjacent to a lower edge. When installed, the lower locking section of an upper siding panel partially overlaps, extends into, and interlocks with a hanger section of a lower siding panel in an interference fit.
HANGER FOR PRECAST CLADDING PANELS, AND PRECAST PANEL INCORPORATING SAME
An elongate hanger for precast cladding panels includes an anchorage band embeddable in an upper region of a precast panel; an abutment band contiguous with the anchorage band and providing an abutment surface for the lower edge of an upper panel in a panel assembly mounted to a support wall; a ventilation band contiguous with and extending horizontally from the abutment band, and having one or more ventilation openings; and a mounting band contiguous with and extending upward from the ventilation band in a tilted off-vertical plane when the panel is mounted to a support wall by fasteners extending through a lower region of the mounting band. The hanger vertically supports the cladding panel at a distance from the support wall corresponding to an air space defined by the selected hanger geometry, with the ventilation openings facilitating the flow of water or water vapour out of the air space.
ELEVATOR CAR WALL PANELS
Elevator car wall panel systems and methods of installation including a wall panel having at least one first panel engagement element at a first end and at least one second panel engagement element at a second end, a frame having at least one frame engagement element configured to engage with the at least one first panel engagement element to removably engage the wall panel to the frame, and a panel securing assembly configured to engage with the at least one second panel engagement element to removably secure the wall panel to the frame.
APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING THE ACOUSTICS OF AN INTERIOR SPACE, A SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAID APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAID APPARATUS
An acoustic panel for use in an interior space is disclosed along with a system and method for using two or more of such panels to improve the acoustics of the interior space. Each acoustic panel comprises a substrate and a plurality of nodules affixed to the substrate wherein each nodule has a width and a substantially right triangular shape across the entire width with a first leg of the right triangular shape substantially perpendicular to the substrate, a base of the right triangular shape substantially parallel to the substrate and a hypotenuse, the first leg of each nodule having a height that is substantially less than a length of a quarter wave formed in the interior space by a lower frequency signal. For any one particular acoustic panel, the nodules are oriented such that their hypotenuse slopes right, left, down or up as determined for each nodule by a predetermined, generally desired direction for redirecting the sound while providing fractal-chaotic differentiality in the portion of the sound waves that are reflected by the acoustic panel.
SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDING PANEL
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
Metal panel wall cover system
Metal panel siding systems incorporate panel clips and cover. The panel clips are mounted in linear arrays to a wall. The cover comprises a plurality of elongated metal panels having lateral side laps and a show side. The side laps extend inward from the show side. The panel clips comprise a first catch engaging a side lap of a first panel and a second catch engaging a side lap of a second, adjacent the panel. Thus, the side laps provide vertical seams between the adjacent panels. The first catch of the panel clips is mounted to the wall. The second catch is coupled to the first catch for movement from an unset position to a set position. The second catch does not engage the side lap of the second panel in its unset position, and engages the side lap of the second panel in its set position.
Outdoor wall padding apparatus and methods for forming and using the same
An outdoor wall padding apparatus attachable to a vertical structure includes an upper padding section, and a lower drainage section disposed below the upper padding section. The outdoor wall padding apparatus is attachable to the vertical structure with the lower drainage section positionable adjacent to the ground and operable to allow water to pass into and out of the lower drainage section.
Form Panel System
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panel assemblies. The apparatus replaces prior art assembly methods and fasteners with a particular mounting structure to facilitate assembly. The frame extrusions are modified to facilitate assembly with adhesive sealants and removal of mechanical fasteners and increase ease in adaptation and installation.
