System, method and apparatus for manufactured building panel
A manufactured panel includes a body having a front, back, top, bottom and side walls, the side walls extend between the front and back, and an interior volume located between the front, back, top, bottom and side walls. An insert having an interior portion is embedded within the interior volume of the body, and an exterior portion extends from the interior portion to an exterior of the body. The exterior portion includes stand-offs protruding from the body, such that at least some of the stand-offs are connected to each other inside the interior volume of the body. At least some of the stand-offs are independent and detached from each other on the exterior of the body.
FAÇADE, FASTENING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A faade comprises a faade panel, a fastening system and a support. The fastening system comprises a hanger having an upper leg with an abutment face facing the support and a through hole extending from the abutment face through the leg in a thickness direction, and a fixing element fastened to the support and having a shaft with a protruding portion protruding from the support in a protruding direction. The protruding portion extends through the through hole, allowing the upper leg to move with respect to the support along the protruding direction.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INSTALLING CLADDING PANELS
A hanging system for securing cladding panel on a building structure, the cladding panel having a mounting channel extending at least partly across a surface thereof. An embedded anchor block has a core and two engaging portions outwardly projecting from the core, the two engaging portions operable to lock the anchor block in the mounting channel of the cladding panel in an interlocking fit when the embedded anchor block is received within the mounting channel, and the embedded anchor block having an outer surface that is configured to be flush or near flush with the surface of the cladding panel when the embedded anchor block is received within the mounting channel. A hanging clip removably connects or fastens to the anchor block, the hanging clip having an engagement surface to engage the outer surface of the anchor block. The cladding panel is secured to a building structure by fastening the anchor block to the hanging clip which is securable to a support.
Cover panel seismic expansion joint
A seismic expansion joint cover assembly installed at an expansion gap between a first structural member on one side of a gap and a second structural member on the opposite side of the gap including a cover panel bridging the gap having at least one connector joining one edge of the cover panel to the first structural component to allow movement of the cover panel. The expansion joint cover assembly includes at least one slide support, which attaches to the second structural member, and which includes a track having a lift component located on the track to lift the cover panel. The expansion joint cover assembly also includes a rider assembly for engaging with the track of the slide support. One or more spring assemblies are attached to the second structural member and the cover panel. The expansion joint cover assembly is mechanically latched when the system is in the normal service position, but has the capability of becoming unlatched in response to large displacements.
System for dry execution of finishing material
A system for dry execution of finishing material according to an aspect of the present invention may comprise a fixing bracket fixed to an outer wall of a building, a brick which is provided on one surface of the fixing bracket and of which one surface facing the fixing bracket an insertion groove is formed in to be coupled into the fixing bracket in a fitting manner, and LEDs provided on the brick to emit light.
Form panel system
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panel assemblies. The apparatus replaces prior art assembly methods and fasteners with a particular connecting structure to facilitate assembly. The frame extrusions are modified to facilitate assembly and increase ease in adaptation and installation.
OUTDOOR WALL PADDING APPARATUS HAVING INTEGRATED DRAINAGE AND METHODS FOR FORMING AND USING THE SAME
An outdoor wall padding apparatus attachable to a vertical structure includes an upper padding section, and a lower drainage section disposed below the upper padding section. The outdoor wall padding apparatus is attachable to the vertical structure with the lower drainage section positionable adjacent to the ground and operable to allow water to pass into and out of the lower drainage section.
System for mounting wall panels to a wall structure
A system for mounting wall panels to a wall, includes wall panels, each including a main wall panel, and at least two bent end sections with a cut-out section and a wall thickness; and a plurality of main fastening extrusions, each including a base section to be secured to the wall, and two parallel, spaced apart flexible and resilient bent end securing walls extending from the base section, each bent end securing wall including a projection facing the other bent end securing wall, the bent end securing walls spaced apart corresponding to the wall thickness of two bent end sections, such that pressing of the bent end sections into the spacing between the bent end securing walls causes biasing away of the bent end securing walls until the projections engage in respective cut-out sections.
Cladding system for a wall, arrangement of tile cladding system and method for mounting the cladding system
The invention relates to a cladding system (100) for a wall (1), having a plate-shaped cladding element (50) which can be connected on two opposite longitudinal or transverse sides to a respective fastening profile (10), wherein the fastening profile (10) is designed to anchor the cladding system (100) on the wall (1), wherein the cladding element (50) has, on the two longitudinal or transverse sides arranged in operative connection with a fastening profile (10), in each case a preferably strip-shaped fastening portion (60, 62) which interacts with a complementary, groove-shaped receiving portion (16, 18) on the fastening profile (10), wherein the two receiving portions (16, 18) on the fastening profile (10) are arranged on the fastening profile (10) on the side opposite to a fastening surface (14) for the wall (1) on the fastening profile (10), wherein the first receiving portion (16) extends at least substantially parallel to the fastening surface (14) or to abase surface portion (64) of the cladding element (50), and the second receiving portion (16) is arranged at an oblique angle (a), preferably between 50 degrees and 60 degrees, very particularly preferably about 45 degrees, to the fastening surface (14) or to the base surface portion (64).
