Hidden shower door with low-rail sliding assembly
Disclosed is a hidden shower door with a low-rail sliding assembly, including an upper rail assembly (10), a movable door assembly (20), a vertical frame assembly (30), and a bottom guide part (40), wherein the upper rail assembly (10) includes an upper rail (1010), a damping trigger (1020), and sliding assemblies (1030), and the sliding assemblies (1030) each are mounted in the upper rail (1010); the sliding assemblies (1030) each include pulleys (10311), pulley brackets (1060), adjusting screws (10312), a damper (1050), and a damper bracket (1040); the pulleys (10311) are mounted on the pulley brackets (1060). The two pulley brackets (1060) are connected and fixed to two ends of the damper bracket (1040) respectively, and the damper (1050) is mounted in a damper accommodating groove (1041) of the damper bracket (1040); the upper rail (1010) is provided with a first bottom plate (1011).
INTEGRATED GUIDE SYSTEM AND DOOR SEAL FOR A SOFT CLOSE SLIDING DOOR
A door system includes a door having a housing mounted in the bottom edge of the door that retains a bottom seal and a second channel for receiving a guide. A seal is formed adjacent the periphery of the door between the door and a door opening in a structure when the door is in the closed position. The seal includes deformable gaskets that extend between the structure and the door to form a seal around the door opening. A first soft close device is mounted adjacent the open positon and a second soft close device is mounted adjacent the closed position. A single activator pin is mounted on the door and positioned such that the activator pin engages the first soft close device as the door nears the open positon and engages the second soft close device as the door nears the closed position.
Adjustable hinge and method of adjustment
The present invention relates to the field of hinges and carriage mechanisms, such as a hinge and carriage mechanism adapted to hang a door, gate, panel, window or the like. The present invention is suitable for use with a means of providing height adjustment for a door and can reduce undesirable tampering and improve the security of the hinges and door assemblies by controlling the orientation of specific part of a hinge to limit access to the fastener.
Sliding door with braking system
A sliding door assembly includes a door frame with a top trim member, a bottom sill, and side jambs connected between the top trim member and the bottom sill, and a primary sliding panel secured in the door frame. The top trim member includes a track configured to support a weight of the primary sliding panel and prevent the primary sliding panel from coming off the track. Other features include an interlock mechanism to limit relative movement using multiple sliding doors and a brake mechanism to secure the doors in position when the door handle is released. A drop window includes features to accommodate for manufacturing tolerances and box frame assemblies that are out of square.
EASY GLIDE STORM DOOR
A method of installing a storm door is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: attaching a track to a door head; attaching one or more rollers to the track; and attaching the storm door to the one or more rollers. After the storm door is installed, the storm door can be slid along a length of the track between an open position and a closed position. While sliding the storm door between the open position and the closed position, the storm door remains generally parallel to the door head.

Adjustable hangar hinge
A hanger hinge for a folding door, window or similar closure having one or more panels, the hanger hinge comprising: A hanger bolt having a receiving portion in a lower end thereof adapted to receive at least a portion of an adjusting tool; A sleeve adapted to be supported on the lower end of the hanger bolt; At least one hinge leaf pivotally mounted on the hanger bolt and adapted to be fixed to a respective panel; and A locking mechanism comprising a locking member movable axially between a locked condition in which the locking member is engaged with the sleeve in a manner to substantially preclude rotation of the hanger bolt relative to the sleeve, and an unlocked condition in which the locking member is disengaged from the sleeve by axial insertion of the adjusting tool into the receiving portion, thereby freeing the hanger bolt for rotation relative to the sleeve.
Adjustable carriage assembly for suspending a panel
An adjustable carriage assembly includes a body; a hinge pin disposed in a threaded first bore of the body, the hinge pin having a threaded end and a first longitudinal axis; a lock post disposed in a second bore of the body, the lock post having a second longitudinal axis; a torsion spring disposed around the lock post; and a retention pin disposed in a third bore of the body to retain the lock post in the second bore. A first extension portion of the lock post engages a flat portion of the hinge pin in a locked state. The lock post is operable to rotate about the second longitudinal axis to disengage the first extension portion from the flat portion and place the carrier assembly in an unlocked state so that the hinge pin is free to rotate and move longitudinally within the first bore.
A SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM
The present sliding door system is designed to reduce opening and closing sliding resistance using magnetic force applied in opposition to the weight of the door. The present system has a particular configuration which is designed to achieve significant magnetic force attraction to overcome the weight of the door despite having compact configuration and which has a mechanism in the form of the horizontal rollers designed to overcome unwanted lateral magnetic force caused by the maximisation of the width of the permanent magnets within the confines of the channel.
Adjustable hinge for vertically hanging panel
A hinge assembly is disclosed that may include one or more leaves that can be connected to a panel. The hinge assembly may further include a barrel having a passage through which a pivot pin passes. A spacer is positioned in an opening between a first barrel section and a second barrel section. Bushings are disposed within the first and second barrel sections.
