ATTITUDE MAINTENANCE MECHANISM OF FRONT LOADER AND FRONT LOADER
Provided is an attitude maintenance mechanism of a front loader capable of improving visibility. An attitude maintenance mechanism of a front loader that maintains an attitude of a bucket coupled to a boom by operating according to rocking of the boom including a pair of left and right boom frames includes a first link member rockable with respect to a side frame of the front loader and a second link member rockably provided with respect to the boom frames and coupled to the first link member and a bucket cylinder, and the first link member and the second link member are provided as a left and right pair with each of the boom frames interposed therebetween.
LINEAR ACTUATOR-BASED RIDE CONTROL
A work machine includes a load bucket and operator controls for controlling position of the load bucket. The work machine can include an actuator assembly coupled to hold the load bucket in a position based upon signals from the operator controls. The actuator assembly can include a motor and a brake assembly. The brake assembly can include a non-spring-coupled brake and a spring-coupled brake. The work machine can further include control circuitry coupled to the actuator assembly to activate the spring-coupled brake responsive to detection that the non-spring-coupled brake is holding the load bucket stationary. The control circuitry can further control the motor to apply additional braking force upon detecting that a magnitude of oscillation of the work machine exceeds a threshold magnitude based on a damping coefficient of the spring-coupled brake.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF PROVIDING RIDE CONTROL WITH A POWER MACHINE
Automated operation methods and systems are provided for power machines. One system includes implementing ride control for an electric power machine. The system may include an electronic processor configured to determine a target lift position and an initial electric current for holding a load at the target lift position. The electronic processor may also be configured to determine, based on a positional deviation of the load from the target lift position, an updated electric current for returning the load to the target lift position. The electronic processor may also be configured to control an electric lift actuator to return the load to the target lift position using the updated electric current.
WORK MACHINE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE
A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a first control valve to control a first hydraulic actuator, a second control valve to control a second hydraulic actuator, a first fluid tube connecting the first hydraulic actuator to the first control valve, and a second fluid tube connecting the second hydraulic actuator to the second control valve. A level control valve apparatus is connected to the first fluid tube and the second fluid tube. The level control valve apparatus is configured to control a leveling operation for the second hydraulic actuator. An accumulator apparatus is connected to the first hydraulic actuator. The accumulator apparatus communicates with the first fluid tube between the level control valve apparatus and the first control valve. Circuitry is configured to control the level control valve apparatus to stop the leveling operation when the accumulator apparatus is in operation.
Heavy machine with wireless sensor and automatic wireless control
An auto-powered mobile machine with controls for a riding operator and a system for carrying and making efficient use of a variety of attachable tools. Wireless radio communication from the controls to a lower tool may allow the swivel to spin any number of times without limitation. Hydraulic tool position controls are wirelessly coupled to a remote sensor that responds to a string datum line, a curb, direction of gravity, or GPS data.
Lift arm arrangements for power machines
A lift arm structure for a power machine with a frame can include a lift arm and an electrical lift actuator. The lift arm can be configured to be movably secured to the frame to extend along a lateral side of the frame. The electrical lift actuator can be secured to the lift arm within a pocket defined by the lift arm and can be configured to extend and retract between the lift arm and the frame of the power machine to raise and lower the lift arm.
Operation Control System Of Working Vehicle
An operation control system of a working vehicle capable of maintaining an angle of a bucket at a fixed angle when the bucket is elevated and/or lowered by rotating an arm is provided. The working vehicle includes an arm and a bucket mounted on the arm. The operation control system includes a control unit and a first angle sensor that measures an angle of the bucket. The control unit adjusts an angle of the bucket such that the angle of the bucket takes a fixed angle by referencing the angle of the bucket that the first angle sensor outputs during elevating of the arm and/or during lowering of the arm.
METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING COORDINATES OF A BUCKET TOOTH TIP, EXCAVATOR, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present disclosure relates to a method, apparatus and system for estimating the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip, an excavator and a storage medium. The method includes: establishing a kinematic model of an excavator according to dimensions of a plurality of components of the excavator, and obtaining measured values of the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip of the excavator according to angles of the plurality of components of the excavator measured by excavator sensors with the kinematic model; obtaining a system noise and a measurement noise of the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip of the excavator; and determining estimated values of the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip of the excavator according to the measured values of the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip of the excavator, the system noise and the measurement noise of the coordinates of the bucket tooth tip of the excavator.
WORK MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes a traveling unit, a work implement mounted to the traveling unit, a parking brake, and a controller. The controller restricts operation of the work implement in a state in which the parking brake is released, when the controller detects a fault that allows the work machine to remain operable.
Lift arm arrangements for power machines
