MICROBIOME INTERVENTIONS
The present disclosure relates to compositions comprising a range of ingredients suitable for use in adjusting and/or treating a companion animal such as a canid (e.g. a dog) or a feline (e.g. a cat) and their microbiomes, monitoring tools, and diagnostic methods for determining the health of a companion animal and their microbiome.
PRODUCTS AND METHODS FOR INHIBITING RESPIRATORY CONDITIONS
The present disclosure describes products formulated to inhibit respiratory conditions and symptoms in animals, along with associated methods of providing such products to the animals. Feeding methods involve providing animals with a feed product that includes a direct-fed microbial composition, at least one phytogenic compound, and/or at least one vitamin. The direct-fed microbial composition includes one or more strains of Bacillus. The animals can include swine or cattle at risk of developing, or already afflicted with, a respiratory condition. Inhibition of respiratory stress can reduce mortality rates and medication administration relative to animals fed the same diet but lacking the feed product.

EQUINE GASTRIC HEALTH FORMULATION
An equine gastric health formulation that is operable to heal gastrointestinal disorders such as but not limited to ulcers, wherein the present invention further improves liver function and detoxification of the horse. The formulation of the present invention in a preferred embodiment is water based wherein fifty percent of the formulation is distilled water which is approximately five hundred milliliters. A concentration of one percent of the total solution is formed by origanum vulgare. Another two percent of the formula being represented equally is silybum marianum and taraxacum. Three drops of mentha piperita are also dispensed into the formulation of the present invention. Wherein the formulation includes ten percent of chlorophyllin and thirty seven percent is camelina oil. Additionally, four tablespoons of acacia gum powder are mixed into the formulation.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR SOLIDIFIED FERMENTED ANIMAL FEED
The present disclosure provides, inter alia, a method for making a solid fermented product useful for animal feed comprising the steps of adding a source of calcium to a fermented liquid comprising ammonium lactate.
Use of Schizochytrium limacinum and its preparation in improving the quality and yield of animal product
The invention discloses the use of the Schizochytrium limacinum and its preparation in improving the quality and yield of animal product. The deposit number of Schizochytrium limacinum in the present invention is CGMCC No. 13746 in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center. The Schizochytrium limacinum powder produced by the Schizochytrium limacinum may increase the DHA content in an animal product, reduce the cholesterol content in an animal product, and also improve the egg production performance of poultry. This animal product with high DHA content from natural sources is organic, safe, stable, and easy to be absorbed. It may be used as a safer and effective way for people to ingest natural DHA, and it may also cater to and meet consumer needs. Thus, Schizochytrium limacinum and Schizochytrium limacinum powder of the present application have a wide range of application in the field of general food and livestock breeding.
Animal feed binders derived from pectin- and protein-containing feedstock
A method of making a binder for extruded, pelleted, or agglomerated animal feed. The binder is made by treating biomass such as soybean hull or lemon peels with an aqueous acidic solution for a time, at a temperature, and at a pH sufficient to yield a first mixture containing biomass solids and partially dissolved biomass; and mechanically treating the first mixture of step to yield a first mechanically treated mixture; and then incorporating the first mechanically treated mixture as a binder in an animal feed. Also described are animal feeds made using the binder.

PIGLET FEED BASED ON BACTERIAL ENZYME SYNERGISTIC FERMENTATION PROCESS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a piglet feed based on bacteria enzyme synergistic fermentation process. The piglet feed is composed of basic components and bacteria enzyme synergistic fermentation feed. Basic components include soybean protein concentrate, whey powder, fish meal, sodium chloride, choline chloride, stone powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate, composite vitamins, composite trace elements, and composite amino acids. The bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation feed includes a fermentation substrate, an enzyme preparation, and a bacterial strain. The bacterial enzyme synergistic fermentation feed can not only improve the production performance of piglets, but also improve the utilization rate of feed nutrients, especially the utilization rate of feed phosphorus, thereby reducing the excretion of phosphorus in feces.
