HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE SUPPORT FOR SPHERICAL PUMP ROTOR AND SPHERICAL PUMP WITH SAME
Disclosed are a hydrostatic pressure support and a spherical pump having the same. The hydrostatic pressure support is arranged between each of two parallel sides of a slipper and a sliding groove, and includes a first liquid flow channel, a second liquid flow channel, and a pressure-bearing groove. An inlet of the first liquid flow channel is communicated with one of two working chambers of the spherical pump, and an inlet of the second liquid flow channel is communicated with the other of the two working chambers. An outlet of the first liquid flow channel and an outlet the second liquid flow channel are respectively communicated with the pressure-bearing grooves provided on the two parallel sides of the slipper.
Hydraulic rotary actuator
A shaft extending along a longitudinal axis has fluid channels that increase and decrease pressure in chambers formed between the interior ends of curved pistons and adjacent closed ends of curved chambers within which the pistons reciprocate as the chamber pressure increases and decreases. The chambers and pistons are in separate cylinder block segments extending outward from opposing sides of the shaft. Each segment may have two sides extending along radial planes and joined by a curved outer surface. Pistons may be provided in pairs and have an interior piston end of each piston in a different cavity in different segments. Exterior ends of each piston in a pair of pistons are connected to a piston connector that extends inwardly from a housing so the housing rotates with the pistons.
Scroll compressor having stable back pressure chamber with sealing members
A scroll compressor is provided, comprising: a compression mechanism comprising a non-orbiting scroll member and an orbiting scroll member, wherein the orbiting scroll member is axially displaceable between an engagement position and a disengagement position; a main bearing housing adapted to support the compression mechanism; a back pressure chamber formed between the orbiting scroll member and the main bearing housing, wherein the back pressure chamber is in communication with at least one of the compression chambers via a communication passage provided in the orbiting scroll member or the non-orbiting scroll member and is adapted to apply a back pressure to the orbiting scroll member to bias the orbiting scroll member toward the engagement position; and a first sealing means provided between the back pressure chamber and a suction zone of the compression mechanism and capable of maintaining sealing when the orbiting scroll member is axially displaced.
Low cost scroll compressor or vacuum pump
A low cost scroll device and methods of manufacturing the same are described. The scroll device includes, for example, a drive pin hole and bearing bores machined into a scroll of the scroll device from the same side as the involute of the scroll; idler shaft assemblies with no more than one bearing in the orbiting scroll for mechanically coupling the orbiting scroll to the fixed scroll; and an epoxy coating applied using a process that requires assembly of the scroll device only once.

Compressor with a carrier element for support a compressor body base
In order to optimise a compressor, including a compressor housing, a scroll compressor unit that is arranged in the compressor housing and has a first compressor body and a second compressor body that is movable in relation to the first compressor body, an axial guide that supports the movable compressor body to prevent movements in the direction parallel to the centre axis of the stationary compressor body and, in the event of movements, guides it in the direction transverse to the centre axis, parallel to a plane perpendicular to the centre axis, an eccentric drive for the scroll compressor unit, wherein the eccentric drive has an entrainer that is driven by the drive motor, that revolves on a path about the centre axis and that, for its part, cooperates rotatably with an entrainer receptacle in the second compressor body, and a coupling that prevents the second compressor body from rotating freely, it is proposed that the axial guide should have a carrier element, which serves as a base for supporting a compressor body base, which carries the scroll vane, of the second compressor body against an axial support face, that the axial support face should be arranged radially outward of the entrainer, and that the coupling that prevents free rotation should have at least two coupling element sets that, for their part, include at least two coupling elements, and that the coupling element sets should be arranged radially outward of the axial support face.
Co-rotating scroll compressor
A pin-ring mechanism that transmits driving force to cause a driving-side scroll member and a driven-side scroll member to perform rotational movement in a same direction at a same angular velocity is provided. A driving-side end plate includes a ring member installation hole into which a ring member is inserted and installed. The ring member installation hole includes a non-wall-side hole part and a wall-side hole part. The non-wall-side hole part is formed from a non-wall-side surface and has a diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of the ring member. The wall-side hole part is formed from a wall-side surface and has a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the ring member.
Compressor with Oldham assembly
A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a driveshaft and an Oldham coupling. The orbiting scroll meshingly engages the non-orbiting scroll. The driveshaft includes a crankpin engaging the orbiting scroll and driving the orbiting scroll in an orbital path relative to the non-orbiting scroll. The Oldham coupling may include an annular body and a plurality of first keys extending from the annular body and slidably received in slots formed in the orbiting scroll. Each of the first keys may include a first post and a first cap attached to the first post. The first posts may be integrally formed with the annular body from a first material. The first caps may be formed from a second material.
