Method for producing a sliding surface on a machine element
The invention relates to a method for producing a sliding surface on a machine element, in particular a cam follower, wherein the machine element is first provided with a coating on at least part of the surface of the machine element, into which coating a surface structure is then introduced by laser structuring. In order to be able to introduce a surface structure that does not penetrate the coating even in the case of low layer thicknesses (s1) of the coating, the introduction of the surface structure is performed by laser interference structuring.
IGNITION PISTON
The ability of the ignition piston engine is to use the disel technic of igniting the fuel air mixture by compression with out using an injector. The ignition piston engine can burn a leaner air fuel mixture than any other engine there by giving a cleaner exhaust and more economy. The ignition piston engine can burn any type of fuel that flows in air and is combustable by heat; like gasolene, diesel, propane, natural gas, and kerosene in any desired air fuel mix. And it can do it with out using a spark plug.
AquaPedal system
A water control, management and measurement system may include a hands-free water control system (100) that may comprise a chassis (104) securing a motor (117) attached to a motor driven gear (118) in geared attachment to a cold water gear (112) and a hot water gear (111) with the hot water gear and cold water gear sometimes in mechanical attachment to a manual on/off lever (110). Cartridge valves (120) may be disposed within manifolds (130) with the manifolds further retaining modular fittings (135). To facilitate hands-free operation, the water control system may be in communication with a foot pedal system comprising a foot pedal housing (350) the housing containing foot pedal in mechanical communication with a potentiometer (375).

Valve bridge systems comprising valve bridge guide
A valve bridge system comprises a valve bridge configured to extend between at least two engine valves of an internal combustion engine. In one embodiment, a valve bridge guide is operatively connected to the valve bridge and configured to extend between at least two valve springs respectively corresponding to the at least two engine valves, the valve bridge guide defining a surface conforming to a valve spring of the at least two valve springs. In another embodiment, the valve bridge guide may comprise at least a first member maintained in a first fixed position relative to and at a predetermined distance from the valve bridge. In both embodiments, the valve bridge guide is configured to avoid contact with the valve bridge in a controlled state, but to permit contact with valve bridge to resist uncontrolled movement of the valve bridge.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR VALVE TIMING IN AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Apparatus for controlling valve timing in an internal combustion engine locates a first valve port in a first side of the engine cylinder and a second valve port in a second side of the engine cylinder. A first rotating valve disc and a second rotating valve disc are respectively disposed next to the first and second valve port. Each rotating valve disc includes a valve port. Each disc rotates in synchronism with the crankshaft to align its' port with the respective first and second valve ports. A variety of intake devices coupled to the first rotating valve disc control intake air flow into the engine cylinder, and a variety of exhaust devices coupled to the second rotating valve disc control exhaust gas flow from the engine cylinder.
