An injector is provided to inject an aqueous urea solution into an exhaust line. The injector comprises a single fluid inlet, an injection passage, fluidly connecting the inlet to the injection port, and a shut-off device for the injection port. The shut-off device further comprises an actuator that is configured to selectively move a shutter between open and closed positions. A cooling passage is fluidly connected to the injection passage and is configured to cool the actuator. A fluid pressure regulator is interposed in the cooling passage.
EXHAUST AFTER TREATMENT COOLING SYSTEM
There is described a cooling system for a tractor exhaust after treatment. The cooling system comprises a urea supply module have a first port and a second port, and an exhaust system, wherein the exhaust system comprises an exhaust pipe and a catalytic converter. An engine cooling system comprises a heat exchanger, a fan, a coolant pump, a coolant feed line, and a coolant return line. The coolant feed line comprises a first portion and a section portion, and the coolant return line comprises a primary portion and a secondary portion. Each of the first portion, the second portion, the primary portion and the secondary portion are oriented generally vertically. The second portion is in fluid communication with the first port, and the secondary portion is in fluid communication with the second port. A bypass line provides fluid communication between the second and secondary portions
Selective catalytic reduction catalyst pre-heating and exhaust burner air control
An exhaust control system of a vehicle includes a fuel injector configured to inject fuel into a combustion chamber of a burner of an exhaust system upstream of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst; an air pump configured to pump air into the combustion chamber of the burner; a spark plug configured to ignite an air/fuel mixture within the combustion chamber of the burner; a fuel control module configured to, while an engine is off before an engine startup, selectively actuate the fuel injector and begin fuel injection; a pump control module configured to, while the engine is off before the engine startup, selectively turn on the air pump; and a spark control module configured to, while the engine is off and before the engine startup, selectively apply power to the spark plug and begin providing spark.
MACHINE BODY AND WORKING MACHINE
A machine body comprises a sieving frame having a bottom plate. The machine body comprises an engine. The machine body comprises an exhaust gas cleaning apparatus that executes reduction treatment on a predetermined oxide in an exhaust gas of the engine by injecting a liquid reducing agent. The machine body comprises a reducing agent tank that stores a liquid reducing agent. The machine body comprises a reducing agent pump that feeds the liquid reducing agent stored in the reducing agent tank to the exhaust gas cleaning apparatus. The machine body comprises a cooling fan. The machine body is disposed on the bottom plate of the slowing frame and comprises an opening section that takes in outside air that cools the reducing agent pump by driving the cooling fan. The machine body comprises a duct section that leads the outside air taken from the opening section to the cooling fan.

An aftertreatment system for treating constituents of an exhaust gas produced by an engine, comprising: a housing; a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system disposed within the housing; a reductant injector disposed on a sidewall of the housing upstream of the SCR system and configured to insert a reductant into the exhaust gas; and a vortex generator disposed in the housing, the vortex generator comprising at least one deflector disposed on a surface within the housing, the at least one deflector configured to generate vortices in a portion of the exhaust gas flow flowing over the at least one deflector such that the portion of the exhaust gas remains attached to the surface at a downstream location of the surface.
COOLING DEVICE FOR INJECTOR
A partitioning wall is provided in a fluid space formed between a cover member and a body member, which surrounds a forward end of a fluid injection valve. The partitioning wall divides the fluid space into an inlet-side fluid space and an outlet-side fluid space in a circumferential direction of the fluid injection valve. A forward-end space, which is formed at a bottom of the fluid space, is communicated to the inlet-side and the outlet-side fluid spaces, so that cooling water flows from the inlet-side fluid space to the outlet-side fluid space through the forward-end space. The cooling water circulates in the forward-end space surrounding the forward end of the fluid injection valve to effectively cool down the fluid injection valve.
