Fuel injectors and method of purging fuel injectors
A method of purging fuel injectors of a gas turbine engine, the fuel injectors fluidly connected to a fuel manifold and having primary and secondary fuel passages fluidly connectable to the fuel manifold, the method includes: selectively fluidly disconnecting one or more of the primary and secondary fuel passages from the fuel manifold; and purging the one or more of the primary and secondary fuel passages by injecting a purging fluid into the one or more of the primary and secondary fuel passages while bypassing the fuel manifold. A fuel injector having two fuel passages, a flow divider valve, and a purging valve is disclosed.

SYSTEM AND METHOD TO ENHANCE CORROSION TURBINE MONITORING
A control system for a gas turbine includes a processor. The processor configured to access one or more operating parameters of the gas turbine. The operating parameters are configured to specify how the gas turbine operates. The processor is configured to predict a rate of degradation to one or more parts of a compressor of the gas turbine due to one or more effects on the parts by operating the gas turbine according to the one or more operating parameters. The processor is configured to send an alert to an electronic device based at least in part on the rate of degradation of the compressor.

Press-fitting corrosion resistant liners in nozzles and casings
An apparatus and method for protecting an inner radial surface of a radial member of a turbomachine from corrosion are provided. The method may include shaping the inner radial surface of the radial member and a corresponding outer radial surface of a corrosion-resistant liner. The method may also include heating the radial member to increase a diameter of the inner radial surface of the radial member, and inserting at least a portion of the corrosion-resistant liner into the radial member. The method may further include attaching the corrosion-resistant liner to the inner radial surface of the radial member to thereby protect the inner radial surface of the radial member of the turbomachine from corrosion.
