Starter motor assistance apparatus
A starter motor assist mechanism is provided. The starter motor assist mechanism may include a housing, a solenoid, and a hammer. The housing may be attachable to a starter motor. The solenoid may be disposed within the housing, and the hammer may be connected to the solenoid. The solenoid may move the hammer from a retracted position to an extended position for striking the starter motor.
Vehicle
A vehicle performs notification about an open/closed state of a lid member covering an interface for supplying driving energy. The vehicle includes a notification portion that performs notification when the lid member is in the open state and a connection detecting portion that detects a connection state of a driving energy supply device to the interface. In the vehicle, the notification portion suspends notification when the driving energy supply device is connected to the interface during the open state of the lid member.

Model airplane engine starting stick
A model airplane engine starting stick is provided with a blade edge engaging roller having a roller surface of a material which will grip the blade edge of the propeller when against the blade edge of the propeller to cause the roller to roll along the blade edge without sliding over and damaging the blade edge as the starting stick is moved with respect to the blade edge to rotate the propeller. The starting stick of the invention includes a handle by which the starting stick can be held and manipulated by a user and a roller attached to the handle to freely rotate or roll with respect to the handle.
FUEL FILTER
A fuel filter element, which may be selectively arranged in a filter housing and may separate in the filter housing an untreated space communicating with an inlet and a return line of the housing from a treated space communicating with an outlet of the housing, may include at least one end disk, and at least one closure element, which in an operationally ready state of the fuel filter may close off the return line. The closure element may protrude eccentrically axially away from the at least one end disk. The closure element may have a seal on a surrounding surface and that, in the operationally ready state, may be in contact with a surface of the return line. In the operationally ready state, a portion of the closure element may be located in a filter chamber of the filter housing and another portion of the closure element may be located in the return line.

METHOD FOR STARTING AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
A method for starting an internal combustion engine by a compressed air starting system, in which in a first starting sequence the engagement of the starter is brought about by compressed air, a decompression valve for relieving the cylinder working space is acted on in the opening direction, and starting of the internal combustion engine is initiated by pulsed compressed air being applied to the starter. In a second starting sequence the decompression valve is acted on in the closing direction, and constant compressed air is applied to the starter.
Engine-driven working machine
To satisfy both a request for ensuring worker's safety at the engine start and a worker's request for promptly starting a work, on the premise of a working machine including an engine RPM suppression mode. A working machine (1) has a centrifugal clutch (6). The engine RPM suppression mode is executed at the start of an internal combustion engine (2). With the RPM suppression mode, the RPM of the internal combustion engine (2) is controlled not to exceed a clutch-in RPM. The working machine (1) has a mode cancelling means (S5) canceling the engine RPM suppression mode when a predetermined mode cancelation condition for cancelling the engine RPM suppression mode is satisfied, and a cancellation condition changing means (S2) changing the mode cancelation condition depending on a change in an engine operational state and/or an environment.
