PUMPED STORAGE WATER ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION FACILITIES

A pumped storage electricity generating system that includes a water feed line for introducing water into a pressure vessel. Water flow valves communicate with the pressure vessel to control introduction of water into the pressure vessel. A push plate is mounted for movement in the pressure vessel between opposed first and second motors, for example, hydraulic radial piston motors adapted for reciprocating the push plate linearly between a first direction wherein water is drawn into the pressure vessel through the water flow valves and a second direction wherein water is conveyed downstream through the water discharge line under pressure to the hydroelectric turbine. Other embodiments are double-acting and convey water to the turbine on each stroke.

Differential gravity power generator FIG. 1 consisting of a box height H, filled with fluid, subject to gravity. The box is divided into T.sub.1 (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8) and T.sub.2 (2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8) by plane (2, 3, 5, 8) with openings A above and B below. The difference of effective head of T.sub.2 over T.sub.1 is ⅓H, resulting in a fluid flow from T.sub.2 to T.sub.1 through B. From the continuity equation an equal quantity of fluid flows from T.sub.1 to T.sub.2 through A, establishing a fluid conserving motion, demonstrated with working models. Applications: electricity generation with water or other fluid like liquid CO.sub.2 and motive purposes like propulsion of ships.

A method and device for non-emission electric energy production, consisting in: generating negative pressure or vacuum inside a pressure vessel in its upper part constituting a vacuum chamber in whose space a turbine rotor is situated; setting a height of a liquid or water column in the lower part of the pressure vessel constituting a liquid or water column below the turbine rotor, wherein the vacuum chamber is directly connected with the liquid or water chamber situated below the vacuum chamber, and a conventional interface between them is determined by the upper surface of the liquid or water column; closing a first closing means and supplying a liquid or water by a means for supplying a liquid or water to the vacuum chamber.

SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICITY GENERATION USING HEAT PUMP AND HYDRO TURBINES

A System for Electricity Generation Using Heat Pump and Hydro Turbine, having very high efficiency is disclosed herein. The said system comprises Circular pipes arranged in rectangular pattern to form close circuit of water (10), water pump (1)attached to first end of said closed circuit (10), heat pump, hydraulic turbines (T1(3), T2(4) and T3(5)) placed at other three corners of the closed circuit (10), heater (2). Present invention uses pressure raised after low temperature heating of water in closed circuit (10) for energy generation. The hydraulic turbines are used to capture pressure generated in the closed circuit (10) and to convert it in mechanical work. As system works on low temperature it avoids huge losses of heat energy occurring at currently available mechanisms. The system is simple in construction, compact, low in capital cost, suitable for operation with local water and over a wide range of climatic conditions.

Power generating using lava lamp system

A convective power generation device is described based on thermal convection and thermal input energy. The energy generation device operates by heating wax and oil by heat from a solar concentrator or geothermal energy; as the weight of the wax becomes liquid that is lighter than the oil, the liquid wax moves up through a pathway; when the liquid wax reaches the top of the pathway, the cooler wax falls towards collecting cups mounted to a continuous belt and forces the belt downward to rotate the belt; when a collector cup of wax reaches the bottom of belt rotation, the wax falls to a reservoir; and the rotation of the belt drives a gearbox, which drives a generator to produce electric power. The convective power generation device has been shown to have higher energy conversion efficiency than photovoltaics.
