WIND TURBINE AND WIND POWER STATION BASED THEREON
Proposed is a wind turbine having a vertical axis rotor mounted in a fixed cylindrical housing provided with outwardly opening shutters. The rotor consists of a rotating core comprising core blades fastened between two circular bases and forming a Ugrinsky rotor, and an annular impeller configured for independent rotation about said core. The impeller comprises impeller blades fastened between two ring-shaped bases and forming a continuation of the core blades, wherein common inter-blade channels are formed which narrow toward the centre of the rotor. Also proposed are wind power stations based on the wind turbines described above, said turbines being mounted vertically one above the other to form a generating tower, or being mounted on a facade of a high-rise building. Technical result consists, in particular, in increasing the efficiency of the wind turbine and making it possible to incorporate wind power stations into an urban environment.

Vertical shaft wind power generation device and hydropower generation device accommodated in container
Provided is a vertical axis wind power generation device including a wind turbine of a vertical axis type including a support column, a main shaft disposed on an upper portion of the support column so as to be rotatable, a plurality of blades coupled to the main shaft through arms; a power generator; and a container having a standard dimension for freight transport. The wind turbine is accommodatable in a folded or disassembled state in the container together with the power generator. The container is provided with a support-column fixing part configured to fix the support column of the wind turbine to the container. The container may include an inclining mount inside the container, the inclining mount being configured to accommodate a folded body of the wind turbine.
Wind and solar systems generating three phase electrical energy
The disclosed technology provides a system and methods for transforming kinetic energy from wind and solar energy from sunlight into three phase electrical energy for local use and available to supply to electrical grids. The system includes a solar panel system and a wind system, which through a gearbox translates kinetic energy from the wind into hydraulic energy in a hydraulic circuit. One or more generators are coupled with the hydraulic circuit to translate the hydraulic energy into three phase electrical energy. In embodiments, a pump motor runs off of a rechargeable battery to supply hydraulic energy to one of the generators when the wind is insufficient to provide sufficient hydraulic energy to the generator. The rechargeable battery may be recharged by diverting energy from, for example, the solar panel system.
Plenum resident wind turbine sustainable energy generating system
A plenum resident wind turbine sustainable energy generating system is disclosed. An example embodiment includes: a wind turbine assembly installed in a plenum of a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit, the wind turbine assembly including a plurality of blades and a transverse shaft; and a generator coupled to the shaft of the wind turbine assembly.
DYNAMIC WIND TURBINE ROTATIONAL SPEED CONTROL
Methods, systems, and devices for dynamic wind turbine rotational speed control are described. The method may include attaching a vane shaft to a support arm of the wind turbine, the vane shaft partially inserted into a cylindrical aperture of an airfoil of the wind turbine, rotating an airfoil around a vertical axis of the wind turbine, and controlling, via a torsion spring of the wind turbine, when a rear stop of the speed control assembly exerts a force on the airfoil to reduce the rotational speed of the wind turbine, where the torsion spring is configured to facilitate the rear stop to exert the force on the airfoil when a rotational speed of the wind turbine around the vertical axis exceeds a set rotational speed, where a portion of the vane shaft is inserted into a helical portion of the torsion spring.
WIND TURBINE POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
In a vertical rotor apparatus that rotates in response to a moving fluid, a shaft defines an axis of rotor rotation. Rotor blades are longitudinally aligned in parallel with the shaft and each rotor blade defines an axis of blade rotation. A sensor generates a signal when any of the rotor blades are within rotor azimuthal angles of blade stall regions. A controller generates blade pitch information for the blade stall regions and an actuator, which is mechanically coupled to each of the rotor blades, alters blade pitch about the axis of blade rotation in accordance with the blade pitch information.
ROAD SURFACE ELECTRICAL GENERATOR AND SENSOR
Examples of a device for generating electrical power are provided, including a rotor element, a stator element and an electrical generator. The rotor element includes a rotor axis, and the rotor element configured for turning about said rotor axis responsive to an airflow being applied thereto. The stator element is configured for directing the airflow from an outside of the device towards said rotor element. The electrical generator is coupled to the rotor element and is configured for being driven by rotation of the rotor element about the rotor axis to thereby generate electrical power. The device is configured for being affixed with respect to a surface such that the device projects above the surface by an external maximum vertical dimension. The rotor axis is nominally orthogonal to the surface, at least in operation of the device. The external maximum vertical dimension is less than 1 meter.
Wind power installation
Provided is a wind power installation for converting the kinetic energy of the wind into the mechanical energy of rotation of a rotor for subsequent conversion of the mechanical energy of rotation into the electrical energy. A wind power installation includes a support frame, a shaft disposed on the support frame, and a blade system mounted on the shaft. The shaft is configured to rotate about a vertical axis and is functionally connected to an electric generator. The support frame is configured to be mounted between at least three radially arranged structures. The wind power installation can include additional blade systems disposed one above another on the shaft. Mounting the support frame between three radially arranged structures results in greater rigidity and robustness of the wind power installation, thus enabling the use of blade systems having a larger blade area and the arrangement of several blade systems on the shaft.
