Transfer assembly
A sterile liquid transfer assembly for use with a catheter assembly. The sterile liquid transfer assembly includes a protective element and a carrier element. The protective element includes a pliable, hollow protective valve member having a pivot cutaway portion. A tubular member of the protective element depends from a surface of the hollow protective valve member. The protective valve member is configured to define a stop for limiting the insertion of the tubular member in a canal of a patient.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR TRANSCERVICAL TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER AND HYPERPLASIA
An infusion catheter includes a housing, a proximal shaft assembly, a first distal shaft assembly and a second distal shaft assembly. The housing has one or more inflation ports and one or more infusion ports. The proximal shaft assembly supports a first balloon. The first distal shaft assembly extends distally from the proximal shaft assembly and supports a first distal balloon. The second distal shaft assembly extends distally from the proximal shaft assembly and supports a second distal balloon. The first and second distal shaft assemblies define infusion openings in fluid communication with the one or more infusion ports. The infusion catheter may be inserted into a uterine cavity to occlude tubal ostia and an internal cervical OS of the uterine cavity for sealing the uterine cavity. A therapeutic agent may be delivered through the infusion catheter and into the sealed uterine cavity to treat the uterine cavity.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING THERAPEUTIC AGENTS TO THE UTERINE CAVITY
An apparatus for delivering an agent to a uterine cavity of a patient for endometrial ablation including a first passage for passage of the agent into the cavity of the patient and a second passage for aspirating the agent from the uterine cavity, wherein the agent is injected at an increased pressure and is injected simultaneously with aspiration of the cavity. A cavity integrity check prior to injection of the agent can be conducted with the apparatus.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR FALLOPIAN TUBE DIAGNOSTICS
Methods and devices for performing minimally invasive procedures useful for Fallopian tube diagnostics are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the proximal os of the Fallopian tube is accessed via an intrauterine approach; an introducer catheter is advanced to cannulate and form a fluid tight seal with the proximal os of the Fallopian tube; a second catheter inside the introducer catheter is provided to track the length of the Fallopian tube and out into the abdominal cavity; a balloon at the end of the second catheter is inflated and the second catheter is retracted until the balloon seals the distal os of the Fallopian tube; irrigation is performed substantially over the length of the Fallopian tube; and the irrigation fluid is recovered for cytology or cell analysis.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING THERAPEUTIC AGENTS TO THE UTERINE CAVITY
Apparatus for delivering a therapeutic agent to a uterine cavity including an elongated member having a fluid channel for passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity, a dispensing member extending distally of the elongated member and having at least one perforation for passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity into contact with the endometrium. An infusion line is in communication with the fluid channel for passage of a fluid into the uterine cavity to assess leakage to determine integrity of the uterine cavity prior to passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity.

METHODS AND DEVICES FOR CONTROLLED DELIVERY
Disclosed herein are exemplary medical devices for controlled delivery of material compositions, particularly occlusive, therapeutic, or diagnostic compositions.
COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF INFERTILITY IN A FEMALE SUBJECT
A pharmaceutical composition for treating infertility in a female subject substantially consists of local anesthetic of amide type such as lidocaine, human albumin, viscosity controlling agent selected from recombinant hyaluronic acid and combination of recombinant hyaluronic acid and water-soluble cellulose ether, optionally citrate, glucose, and/or amino acid, water optionally comprising one or more ions selected from the group consisting of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, acetate, chloride, sulfate. Also disclosed is a method of treating infertility by administration of the composition to a female subject in need thereof.
