LIVING CELL TRANSPLANTING TOOL
20190231982 · 2019-08-01 ·

A living cell transplanting device has a flexible tube capable of accommodating living cells and a cell pushing shaft inserted into the tube. The tube has a lumen penetrating therethrough and a reduced diameter front end open portion. The shaft has a small diameter end portion having a diameter smaller than that of the reduced diameter front end open portion and an enlarged diameter portion having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of reduced diameter front end open portion. Owing to contact between the enlarged diameter portion of the shaft and the reduced diameter front end open portion of the tube, a progress of the shaft is regulated. By pushing the shaft into the tube after the contact between the enlarged diameter portion and the reduced diameter front end open portion finishes, the enlarged diameter portion of the shaft passes through said reduced diameter front end open portion with expanding the reduced diameter front end open portion of the tube and projects beyond the reduced diameter front end open portion of the tube.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR DELIVERING SUBSTANCES INTO A FALLOPIAN TUBE

A system for delivering one or more substances into a Fallopian tube of a patient may include a balloon catheter including a tube having a distal end, a balloon having a first end coupled to the distal end of the tube, and a push wire having a distal end coupled to a second end of the balloon, which may be hollow. The balloon may be movable between an inverted position and an everted position. The balloon catheter may be configured to receive the one or more substances such that the one or more substances may be retained by the balloon, or delivered through the push wire, or both. During eversion, or in the everted position, or both, the one or more substances may be delivered into the Fallopian tube.

TRANSFER ASSEMBLY

A sterile liquid transfer assembly for use with a catheter assembly. The sterile liquid transfer assembly includes a protective element and a carrier element. The protective element includes a pliable, hollow protective valve member having a pivot cutaway portion. A tubular member of the protective element depends from a surface of the hollow protective valve member. The protective valve member is configured to define a stop for limiting the insertion of the tubular member in a canal of a patient.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR EVERTING CATHETER FOR IUD DELIVERY AND PLACEMENT IN THE UTERINE CAVITY

An everting balloon system is disclosed that can be used for the placement of an IUD within the uterine cavity of a female patient. The everting balloon system with IUD can be used to access a uterine cavity at specific locations in the fundus. A one-handed IUD delivery system for placement with an everting catheter is disclosed. An IUD loading system for placement within an everting catheter is disclosed. The everting catheter with an IUD can simplify the process of IUD placement within the uterine cavity.

Systems, Methods, and Devices for Fallopian Tube Diagnostics

The present disclosure generally relates to devices, systems, and methods for Fallopian tube diagnostics. In some embodiments, a tube may have a distal end, and a balloon may be coupled to the distal end of the tube. The balloon may be disposed in the tube in a first, inverted position and movable to a second, everted position. The balloon may be extendable a distance distal of the tube distal end such that a surface of the balloon is contactable with an inner surface of the Fallopian tube. A push wire may have a distal end coupled to a second end of the balloon. The balloon may be movable from the first inverted position to the second everted position by actuation of the push wire. The surface of the balloon may include a plurality of surface features for collection of a tissue sample of the inner surface of the Fallopian tube.

METHOD AND APPARATUS OF TUBAL PATENCY CATHETER AND DELIVERY SYSTEMS

A method and apparatus for assessing bodily cavities and lumens utilizing an integrated, automated aerating device is described. The aeration device can selectively supply a gas a liquid during ultrasound and radiographic procedures for enhanced visualization of the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DELIVERING THERAPEUTIC AGENTS TO THE UTERINE CAVITY
20180133446 · 2018-05-17 · ·

Apparatus for delivering a therapeutic agent to a uterine cavity including an elongated member having a fluid channel for passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity, a dispensing member extending distally of the elongated member and having at least one perforation for passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity into contact with the endometrium. An infusion line is in communication with the fluid channel for passage of a fluid into the uterine cavity to assess leakage to determine integrity of the uterine cavity prior to passage of the therapeutic agent into the uterine cavity.

CANNULA WITH CURVED END

A cannula apparatus including an outer tube with an elongated body and a groove, an inner tube disposed inside the outer tube and being manipulable through the groove, and a cap including a hole, the cap mounted at one end of the outer tube through the hole, in which the inner tube is freely slidable relative to the outer tube.
