Near-isothermal compressor/expander
One aspect includes an isothermal compressor that includes an isothermal body, an isothermal cavity defined by the isothermal body, a compressible membrane heat exchanger disposed within the isothermal cavity that defines at least one first fluid chamber, and an actuating assembly configured to compress the membrane heat exchanger. A further aspect includes an isothermal engine that includes the isothermal compressor.
Heat exchanger array system and method for an air thermal conditioner
An air thermal conditioning system, for at least one of heating air and cooling air, which includes a cross-flow heat exchanger array. The cross-flow heat exchanger array includes a plurality of planar membrane heat exchangers disposed in parallel with a space separating adjacent planar membrane heat exchangers. Each of the planar membrane heat exchangers include a first sheet; a second sheet coupled to the first sheet; and at least one fluid chamber defined by the first and second sheets, with the at least one fluid chamber extending between first and second ends of the planar membrane heat exchangers and opening to a first and second port at the first and second ends respectively.
TWO-STAGE HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP WITH HIGH SEALING PERFORMANCE
A two-stage high-pressure pump includes a reduction gearbox disposed in front of a motor, a-crank shaft connected to an output shaft of the reduction gearbox, a connecting rod having one side connected to the crank shaft and the other side connected to a primary piston, a primary one-way valve disposed at one end of the primary piston, and a gas storage chamber provided at the middle of the primary piston. The other end of the primary piston is connected to a secondary piston rod in a highly sealed manner. The secondary piston rod is provided with a vent in the middle, and the other end of the secondary piston is connected to a high-pressure piston. A secondary one-way valve is disposed in the secondary high-pressure piston. A noise attenuating filter and a one-way valve block are disposed at an air inlet of the primary cylinder cover.
Air compressor system having a hollow piston forming an interior space and a check valve in a piston crown allowing air to exit the interior space
Systems are provided for an air compressor system. In one example, a system includes a housing, a piston arranged in the housing, and a crankshaft arranged in the housing, the crankshaft coupled to a connecting rod of the piston, and the crankshaft forces the piston to oscillate from a first end of the housing to a second end, the piston pressurizing air in the housing to a first pressure at the first end and to a second pressure at the second end, the second pressure greater than the first.
Micro high-pressure air compressor
The present disclosure provides a micro high-pressure air compressor comprising a housing and an air compression mechanism and a drive mechanism mounted in the housing. The air compression mechanism is composed of a low-pressure cylinder, a high-pressure cylinder, a primary piston, a secondary piston, a piston rod and a pressure cylinder. The drive mechanism drives the piston rod to enable the primary piston and the secondary piston to perform piston movement in the annular piston chamber between the low-pressure cylinder and high-pressure cylinder and in the high-pressure cylinder respectively, so that the air is compressed in the annular piston chamber at the first stage, in the pressure cylinder at the second stage and in the high-pressure cylinder at the third stage. The present disclosure performs three-stage air compression, featuring large maximum working pressure, small size, light weight, low cost and portability.
Method for operating a pressure control system having a multi-stage compressor, and pressure control system
A method for operating a pressure control system having a multistage compressor includes outputting, by the multistage compressor in order to fill a pressure medium store or pressure medium chambers of the pressure control system, a pressure medium compressed multiple times. Outputting the pressure medium compressed multiple times includes providing, by a first compression stage, a precompressed pressure medium and further compressing, by a second compression stage, the precompressed pressure medium to form a compressed pressure medium and then outputting the compressed pressure medium. Alternatively, outputting the pressure medium compressed multiple times includes providing a compression pressure medium, which is obtained from additional compression of an already compressed charge pressure medium from the pressure medium reservoir or the pressure medium chambers of the pressure control system, wherein the compression pressure medium is output without additional compression by the second compression stage.
GAS LEAK DETERMINING METHOD, AND MULTI-STAGE COMPRESSOR
A gas leak determining method for a multi-stage compressor including: a first compressing unit that compresses a gas; and a second compressing unit that further compresses the gas compressed by the first compressing unit includes: a step of calculating a proportion of discharge pressure from the second compressing unit to discharge pressure from the first compressing unit or suction pressure into the second compressing unit; and a step of determining that a gas is leaking from the second compressing unit when the proportion becomes equal to or less than a set value.
ALTERNATIVE TWIN CYLINDER AIR COMPRESSOR
An alternative twin cylinder air compressor including a first and a second pumping unit, arranged in line and having respective cylinders, an electric motor interposed between the pumping units, having a respective axis of rotation, the cylinders extending transversely to the axis of rotation, pneumatic connection means designed to allow the flow of air towards and away from the cylinders.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor, and more particularly, an axial double piston compressor.
Positive displacement pump
A positive displacement pump comprising a cam for driving a piston assembly. The cam having an odd number of lobes, a first face, a second opposing face, and a peripheral surface extending between the first face and the second face. Each of the first face and the second face having a shoulder formed thereon conforming to the contour of the peripheral surface. The piston assemblies having at least two connector members extending from a piston in a spaced apart, parallel relationship to one another. A compression stroke bearing extends between the connector members in rolling contact with the peripheral surface, a first retraction bearing extends inwardly from one of the connector members and is rollingly positioned in contact with the shoulder of the first face, and a second retraction bearing extends inwardly from another one of the connector members and is rollingly positioned in contact with the shoulder of the second face.
