The swash plate compressor includes a valve assembly including a valve plate inserted into the rear housing, a gasket inserted into the cylinder block, a suction plate inserted between the valve plate, the cylinder block, and a variable orifice module including a first orifice hole through which the refrigerant in the crank chamber passes, a second orifice hole communicating with the suction chamber to discharge the refrigerant passing through the first orifice hole to the suction chamber, and an intermediate passage interconnecting the first and second orifice holes, the first orifice hole having a variable reed, a degree of opening of which is varied depending on the pressure of the refrigerant.
Valve unit for pumps
A valve unit for pumps includes a first chamber communicating with an inlet conduit and with a discharge conduit, a second chamber communicating with the first via a first valve seat and with an outlet conduit. A first obturator body housed within the second chamber opens and closes the first valve seat. A third chamber communicates with the second chamber and partially defined by a sliding plunger. A second obturator body, rigidly connected to the plunger and housed within the first chamber, opens and closes the second valve seat. An internal cavity in the second obturator body communicates with the first chamber, a connection conduit in the second obturator body, communicates with the discharge conduit and with the internal cavity via a third valve seat. A third obturator body housed within the internal cavity of the second obturator body opens and closes the third valve seat.
DRAWDOWN COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
A drawdown compressor assembly for recovering natural gas from a gas line includes a first tubing configured for connection to a first pipe of the gas line at a one end of the first tubing. A compressor is attached to an opposite end of the first tubing and configured to draw natural gas from the first pipe through the first tubing and into the compressor for being compressed by the compressor. A second tubing is connected to the compressor at one end of the second tubing and configured for connection to a second pipe of the gas line at an opposite end of the second tubing. Activation of the compressor draws the natural gas from the first pipe through the first tubing and delivers compressed natural gas to the second pipe through the second tubing.
GAS LIFT COMPRESSOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPLYING COMPRESSED GAS TO MULTIPLE WELLS
A high pressure gas lift compressor system and method of using the system for supplying compressed gas to multiple wells are provided. The system includes a compressor having multiple compressor cylinders. Each cylinder has its own gas inlet line and dedicated gas outlet line that supplies compressed gas from that cylinder directly to a wellbore to provide artificial gas lift. Each cylinder also has its own control valve upstream of the cylinder to control the suction pressure to the cylinder. A desired gas flow rate to each well may be input, and the control valve is adjusted accordingly to achieve the flow rate. By inputting a flow rate for each separate cylinder, the flow rate to each well may be independently controlled.
COMPRESSOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE BY VEHICLE HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEMS
A compressor system for a vehicle comprising a vehicle internal combustion engine and a vehicle heating and cooling system. The compressor system comprising a compressor/motor generator defining a compressor motor/generator shaft, a compressor mechanically connected to the compressor motor/generator shaft; and a engine clutch mechanically connected to the compressor motor/generator shaft and to the vehicle internal combustion engine.
Service pack comprising an engine driving a pneumatic air compression system with a flow control system to adjust a position of a proportional control valve, regulate a variable pressure acting on a flow control member, and regulate a power demand placed on the engine
Provided herein are systems that enable proportional air flow delivery control for an air compressor. One system includes a pneumatic air compression system having a flow control member and being adapted to receive inlet air and to compress the inlet air to produce compressed air. The system also includes a pneumatic flow control system including a proportional control valve having a proportionally variable activation state. Varying the activation state of the proportional control valve regulates a pressure acting on the flow control member to regulate the flow of the compressed air produced by the pneumatic air compression system in a variable manner, and further regulates a power demand placed on the engine by the pneumatic air compression system in a variable manner.
