ROD ROTATOR ASSEMBLY FOR WELL PUMPING ROD STRINGS
A mechanical rod rotator assembly comprising a mechanical rod rotator and an actuating mechanism for a mechanical pumping rod rotator, wherein the mechanism comprises a connecting arm and a guide member that slidably embraces the pumping rod, in order to allow a pivoting lever that is in connection with said connecting arm, to interact with the internal mechanism of the rod rotator to gradually rotate the pumping rod and thus avoid impartial wear caused by the constant up and down reciprocating movement of the same within the well, being in turn that the mechanism of the invention does not require special tools for its assembly and installation.
FLUID END
A flangeless fluid end comprising a fluid end body releasably attached to a connect plate. The connect plate is attached to a power source using stay rods. The flow bores of the fluid end are sealed without threading a retainer nut into the walls of each bore. Instead, the flow bores are sealed by bolting a retainer to the fluid end body. Plungers to drive fluid through the fluid end body are installed within removable stuffing box sleeves. These sleeves are maintained within the plunger bores by the bolted retainers. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve structures, aid in reducing or transferring wear.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
A high pressure pump. The pump comprises a fluid end assembly supported on a power end assembly. The power end assembly is modular and held together by a first set of stay rods. The fluid end assembly comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section comprises a housing made of multiple-piece construction. One or more pieces of the housing are configured to having a second set of stay rods attached thereto. The second set of stay rods interconnect the fluid end assembly and a power end assembly and a vertically offset from the first set of stay rods.
FRACTURING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a fracturing system comprising fracturing equipment. The fracturing equipment comprises a power supply platform, a gas turbine engine, one or more rectifiers, and a power system comprising at least one of the following: a generator, an energy storage, and an electricity supplier. At least two of the gas turbine engine, the power system, and the one or more rectifiers are arranged on the power supply platform. A first end of the power system is connected to the gas turbine engine. A second end of the power system is connected to the one or more rectifiers. The power system is configured to output a voltage to the one or more rectifiers directly without passing through a rectifier transformer.
Plunger lift state estimation and optimization using acoustic data
A method of probabilistically estimating a velocity of a plunger of a beam pump may comprise continuously monitoring well acoustics using a plurality of passive acoustic sensors attached to external structures of the beam pump; digitizing outputs of the plurality of passive acoustic sensors and sending the digitized outputs to a computing device for storage and processing; and using the digitized outputs of the plurality of passive acoustic sensors, estimating a probability of the velocity of the plunger using a hidden Markov model (HMM) to represent a probability of a position and the probability of the velocity of the plunger, the HMM comprising a state space model and an observational model.

Electric Drive Pump For Well Stimulation
An electric drive pump system includes a power end and a detachable transmission assembly. The transmission assembly is mounted to the power end and is configured to provide rotational power to the power end through a plurality of electric motors. The plurality of electric motors use a gearbox to drive an output spline that engages the power end. A control module is used to regulate the performance characteristics of the plurality of electric motors. A temperature regulation assembly is configured to regulate the temperature of the transmission assembly and the power end.
Bearing fault detection for surface pumping units
Methods and apparatus for operating a rod pumping unit for a wellbore are provided. One example method includes measuring vibration data in the time domain using at least one sensor coupled to a housing for a moving component of the rod pumping unit; converting the vibration data in the time domain to vibration data in the frequency domain; determining that: (1) at least one frequency component of the frequency-domain vibration data in a first frequency band has a power above a first threshold; or (2) a number of frequency components of the frequency-domain vibration data in a second frequency band having power above a second threshold is above a third threshold; and outputting an indication based on the determination.

Wellbore Production Method and System Using Bailer
Hydrocarbons are produced from a wellbore using a wand member supported within the top end of the casing and a bailer vessel supported within the casing of the wellbore to reciprocate between (i) a lower position submerged in the hydrocarbon fluids at a predetermined depth within the casing such that fluids enter a production chamber of the bailer vessel and (ii) an upper position receiving the wand member therein through an open top of the bailer vessel so as to force the hydrocarbon fluids in the production chamber under pressure through a bottom opening in the wand member and into a receiving chamber of the wand member. The hydrocarbons in the wand member are then discharged to a location externally of the casing for storage.
