An electric pump includes a housing having a bottom portion and an opening portion provided at an opposite side to the bottom portion, a motor rotor rotatably accommodated in the housing, a field coil, a pump rotor configured to transmit fluid by being rotated by a driving force of the motor rotor, and a control substrate provided at an outside of the bottom portion. The bottom portion includes a heat conduction wall formed of material including heat conductivity which is higher than heat conductivity of the housing. The housing includes a space portion formed with a flow path configured to allow the fluid to flow into the space portion and flow out of the space portion after the fluid is in contact with an inner surface of the heat conduction wall.

Electric oil pump

An electric oil pump includes a motor part having a shaft, a pump part located on a front side of the motor part and driven via the shaft, and a control part controlling the motor part. The motor part includes a rotor, a stator, and a motor housing accommodating the rotor and the stator. The pump part includes a pump rotor mounted on the shaft protruding from the motor part, and a pump housing accommodating the pump rotor. The control part includes a substrate having a surface on which a plurality of electronic components are mounted. The surface of the substrate is disposed to face the cylindrical portion of the motor housing and extends in the axial direction. The substrate has an axial length shorter than an axial length of an assembly of the motor part and the pump part and is disposed within an axial range of the assembly.

A hydraulic power unit has a housing, at least one pump element, a pressure collecting plate and an electric motor. The electric motor has at least one end shield, a stator and a rotor fixed on a rotor shaft. The at least one end shield has at least one partially circumferential functional recess extending between an outer and an inner circumferential surface of the end shield in the direction of a rotor shaft bearing seat. The functional recess thus formed permits the arrangement of functional elements at a central point of the hydraulic power unit in a space-efficient manner without negatively influencing the overall size of the hydraulic power unit.

A screw spindle pump for delivering a cooling liquid for cooling a battery and/or power electronics or a cleaning or supply liquid of a motor vehicle, including a housing in which a working spindle, which is coupled to a drive assembly, and at least one running spindle, which meshes with the latter, are accommodated, and including a feather key-like support element, which is fixed by the housing and against which the working spindle and the running spindle are axially supported. In the housing, there is provided at least one aperture through which it is possible to insert the support element, which, in the assembled position, is received with one end in the aperture and with the other end in a receiving part situated diametrically opposite the aperture, wherein the support element is secured via at least one securing element which closes the aperture at the outside.

ELECTRIC AND HYDRAULIC MACHINE

An electric and hydraulic machine includes a housing defining a motor chamber and a pump chamber, a motor comprising a rotor and a stator positioned within the motor chamber, and a pump comprising a pumping element positioned within the pump chamber, the pumping element movable by the motor to displace fluid in the pump chamber. The pump chamber includes a low-pressure chamber and a high-pressure chamber, a unit inlet defined by the housing and in communication with the low-pressure chamber, and a unit outlet defined by the housing and in communication with the high-pressure chamber. The pump chamber is positioned radially inward of the motor chamber such that the pump is nested within the motor. A radial cooling channel extends in a radial direction from the low-pressure chamber to the motor chamber such that fluid in the pump chamber communicates with the rotor and the stator to cool the motor.

A screw-spindle pump stage having a drive spindle and a running spindle which runs opposite the drive spindle and a pump housing for receiving the two screw spindles. The pump housing 16 has an offset interface with centering action, for a statically determined coupling to an electric motor. The pump housing has an offset section functioning as an abutment, which is able to be abutted against the electric motor for the application of an axial preload. At least one pressure region of the abutment section, which is close to the interface and, during a rolling, is encapsulated, and at the same time sealingly enclosed, by a sheet-metal casing, forms a rolling region of the pump, the screw spindles, together with the associated pump housing section, at least partially project from the rolling region of the pump on the suction side.

The check valve assembly includes a valve stem within the outlet conduit such that a flow path is created radially between the outlet conduit and the valve stem, the valve stem moving along a check valve assembly axis between a closed position and an open position. The flow path includes a first restriction which increases velocity of fluid passing through the flow path; a first expansion, downstream of the first restriction, which decreases velocity of fluid passing through the flow path; a second restriction, downstream of the first expansion, which increases velocity of fluid passing through the flow path; and a second expansion, downstream of the second restriction, which decreases velocity of fluid passing through the flow path.
