Oil separation structure and compressor

Disclosed are an oil separation structure and a compressor. The oil separation structure includes a housing and a filtering screen. A core is disposed at a center of the housing, and a plurality of guiding members for guiding gas flow are provided along circumferential directions of the core. The filtering screen is disposed on a periphery of the housing, and a cavity is formed between the filtering screen and the core. The housing is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet which are in communication with the cavity, and the gas inlet is configured to introduce the gas flow into the cavity; the guiding members are configured to guide the gas flow to rotationally flow around the core, and the gas outlet is configured to discharge the gas flow from the cavity.

A compressor includes three suction pipes. A first center of a first suction pipe, a second center of a second suction pipe, and a third center of a third suction pipe are positioned at vertices of a triangle. A first distance between the first center and a center of a compressor main body is smaller than a second distance between the second center and the center of the compressor main body and a third distance between the third center and the center of the compressor main body. A second flow path cross section and a third flow path cross section are positioned on opposite sides of a center connection line sandwiched therebetween. The first suction pipe is connected to a suction port which is at an uppermost position among three suction ports provided in a case.

ROTARY PISTON PUMP HAVING A FILTER

A rotary piston pump, in particular a claw pump, includes a housing which, when placed in a customary manner, has a housing inlet in a housing upper side. In order to further improve a rotary piston pump in a beneficial way, the housing inlet is connected to a gas channel that is integrated in the housing and extends transversely to a rotational axis of the piston, which gas channel creates a flow connection to a gas outlet of a filter part arranged in a filter receptacle. In the installed state, the filter part is accessible from a side perpendicular to the housing upper side, for maintenance purposes, for example.

A compressible fluid separator pump includes a crankshaft, four cylinders, and four pistons. Each cylinder includes an inlet including an inlet valve for mixed fluid comprising a target component and a discharge component, a reject outlet including a reject valve for a reject fluid, and a select outlet for a select fluid, wherein each of the select outlets includes a separator member that prefers the target component over the discharge component such that the target component is at a higher concentration in the select fluid than in the mixed fluid and in the reject fluid. Each piston is connected to the crankshaft and is positioned in one of the four cylinders, and the crankshaft is configured to position two of the pistons at top dead center when the other two of the pistons are at bottom dead center.

A rotary piston pump, in particular a claw pump, includes a housing which, when placed in a customary manner, has a housing inlet in a housing upper side. In order to further improve a rotary piston pump in a beneficial way, the housing inlet is connected to a gas channel that is integrated in the housing and extends transversely to a rotational axis of the piston, which gas channel creates a flow connection to a gas outlet of a filter part arranged in a filter receptacle. Filtering element and associated mounting device for vacuum pump

A vacuum pump includes a casing having a first inlet orifice and a second outlet orifice to allow a flow of air, and in the interior of which a filtering element is mounted in a removable way. At least one orifice of the casing selected from among the first inlet orifice and the second outlet orifice is located on an exhaust lid. The exhaust lid is removable from the casing but integral with the filtering element. The connection between the casing and the exhaust lid is not tight. A cartridge for the vacuum pump includes an exhaust lid integrated in the closure nozzle of the filtering element. The connection between the casing and the exhaust lid is not tight.

A gas treatment device treats, at atmospheric pressure, the gases pumped by at least one rough pumping device. The gas treatment device includes a treatment chamber and at least one discharge pipe to connect a discharge of the at least one rough pumping device to an inlet of the treatment chamber. The gas treatment device further includes at least one auxiliary pumping device to lower the pressure in the at least one discharge pipe, situated less than 1 meter from the inlet of the treatment chamber, such as less than 50 cm.

A pump and method for pumping a gas are disclosed. The pump comprises a rotor and a stator. At least one of the rotor or stator comprises at least one liquid opening configured for fluid communication with a liquid source. The liquid opening is configured such that in response to a driving force exerted on liquid from the liquid source a stream of liquid is output from the opening, the stream of liquid forming a liquid blade between the rotor and the stator, gas confined by said stator, said rotor and said liquid blade being driven through said pump from a gas inlet towards a gas outlet.
