PUMP APPARATUS
Aspects of the present invention relate to a stator component for a pump housing. The stator component has a plurality of fluid inlet channels for conveying fluid to respective pumping chambers. The fluid inlet channels each have an inlet port for conveying fluid into the pumping chamber. A plurality of fluid transfer channels are provided for conveying fluid to a respective one of the fluid inlet channels. The fluid transfer channels each have an inlet for receiving pumped fluid. The stator component is adapted to receive at least one sealing member for inhibiting the conveyance of fluid into an associated one of the pumping chambers. Aspects of the present invention relate to a pump housing, a cover plate and a pump. Aspects of the present invention also relate to a method of converting a stator component.
PUMP APPARATUS
Aspects of the present invention relate to a stator component for a pump housing. The stator component has a plurality of fluid inlet channels for conveying fluid to respective pumping chambers. The fluid inlet channels each have an inlet port for conveying fluid into the pumping chamber. A plurality of fluid transfer channels are provided for conveying fluid to a respective one of the fluid inlet channels. The fluid transfer channels each have an inlet for receiving pumped fluid. The stator component is adapted to receive at least one sealing member for inhibiting the conveyance of fluid into an associated one of the pumping chambers. Aspects of the present invention relate to a pump housing, a cover plate and a pump. Aspects of the present invention also relate to a method of converting a stator component.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor of the present disclosure includes a housing; a motor provided in the housing; a rotating shaft rotated by the motor; an orbital scroll orbital moved by the rotating shaft; and a fixed scroll forming a compression chamber together with the orbital scroll, wherein the housing includes a center housing through which the rotating shaft passes; a front housing forming a motor accommodating space in which the motor is accommodated; and a rear housing having a discharge chamber accommodating a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, a discharge port guiding the refrigerant of the discharge chamber to an outside of the housing, an introduction port into which an intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced from the outside of the housing, and an introduction chamber accommodating the refrigerant introduced through the introduction port, and wherein the fixed scroll comprises an injection hole guiding the refrigerant of the introduction chamber to the compression chamber. Thereby, an amount of refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber is increased, and thus the performance and efficiency of the compressor may be improved.
Method and device for expanding a gas with a reciprocating-piston machine
A method for expanding a compressed gas (GD) at a gas pressure (pD) with a reciprocating-piston machine, wherein the reciprocating-piston machine includes a piston that can move to and fro and a working chamber delimited by the movable piston. The method being carried out as follows: the compressed gas (GD) is supplied to the working chamber via an actuatable rotary slide valve, wherein the compressed gas (GD) in the working chamber is expanded in the working chamber.
Variable-capacity control structure, compressor and variable-capacity control method thereof
Disclosed are a variable-capacity control structure, a compressor and a variable-capacity control method thereof. The variable-capacity control structure includes: a variable-capacity assembly and a sliding vane restraint unit; the variable-capacity assembly is provided outside a housing of a compressor to which the variable-capacity control structure is attached, and is configured to act in a setting order; the sliding vane restraint unit is provided inside a pump body of the compressor, and is configured to cause a variable-capacity cylinder assembly in the compressor to be in a working state or an idling state under controlling the variable-capacity assembly to act in the setting order. By the solution of the present disclosure, advantages that vibration is reduced, compressor is not easy to shut down and pipeline is not easy to break are implemented.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor including a housing, a motor provided in the housing, a rotary shaft configured to be rotated by the motor, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in conjunction with the rotary shaft, a fixed scroll configured to define a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll, and a discharge valve disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll and configured to open or close one or more discharge openings of the fixed scroll through which a refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged, in which the discharge valve includes: a discharge reed plate disposed on one surface of the fixed scroll, and a gasket retainer disposed between one surface of the fixed scroll and the housing and configured to surround the discharge reed plate.

According to one embodiment, a compressor includes cylinders, a rotating shaft, bearings, and discharge valve mechanisms. Each of the discharge valve mechanisms includes a discharge valve and a valve presser. Regarding the valve pressers, each of the valve pressers includes a main body part lengthwise along the longitudinal direction of the discharge valve, and at least one of the valve pressers includes a fixed part extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the discharge valve relatively to the main body part and fixed to the bearing.

A screw compressor includes an outlet housing. The outlet housing includes a passage that is configured to communicate compressed fluid from a screw rotor to a discharge. Dry pump and exhaust gas treatment method
An object of the present invention is to provide a dry pump and an exhaust gas treatment method which can improve an effect of inhibiting a reaction product from adhering to the inside of a gas outlet port of the dry pump, a gas exhaust pipe, or the like and can also improve an energy saving effect. To attain the object, the present invention includes the gas exhaust pipe disposed to be connected to the gas outlet port of the dry pump and to a gas inlet port of a detoxification device, and a heat exchanger which heats a diluent gas introduced therein using a heat generated from the dry pump and introduces the heated diluent gas into the gas exhaust pipe to heat a used gas to a temperature of not less than a predetermined value.
