SCROLL PUMP WITH FLOATING MOTOR COUPLER
A scroll pump includes first and second scroll members connected together by a plurality of idler assemblies configured to allow the second scroll member to move in an orbital path with respect to the first scroll member. A rotary bearing is connected to an end plate of the orbiting scroll member. A motor and motor coupler are coupled to the rotary bearing to move the bearing in an orbital path corresponding to the orbital path followed by the second scroll member. The rotary bearing may roll freely within the coupler.
COMPRESSOR
Disclosed herein is a scroll compressor having a shaft balancer capable of attenuating vibration while preventing deformation of the rotary shaft during operation at a high speed.
CENTER CAMSHAFT SCROLL PUMP
A scroll pump includes a first scroll member having a first involute, a second scroll member scroll member having a second involute, and a camshaft rotatably connected to the first scroll member and to the second scroll member. A link is pivotably connected to the first scroll member and the second scroll member. The first and second scroll members cooperate to define a working volume wherein a working fluid is pressurized during operation of the scroll pump. The second scroll member is configured to equalize pressure across first and second opposed surfaces of an end plate thereof. The second scroll member includes a piston and cavity configured to bias the second scroll member toward the first scroll member in response to pressure across the first and second opposed surfaces of the end plate of the second scroll member.
PUMP DEVICE
The disclosure provides a pump device capable of suppressing hydraulic amplitude and reducing noise or vibration associated with hydraulic amplitude while simplifying the structure. The pump device includes: a housing which defines a suction port, a discharge port, and an accommodation chamber; and a pump unit which is arranged in the accommodation chamber and which defines a pump chamber that expands and contracts to exert a pumping action including a suction stroke and a pressurization and discharge stroke on a fluid. The housing includes an air introduction hole that is opened to introduce air into the pump chamber at a predetermined opening timing immediately before the suction stroke is completed.
Oil return flow path for a compressor
A compressor includes a casing that stores lubricant at a bottom, a compression mechanism disposed in the casing to suck and compress a refrigerant, and an oil return member forming an oil return flow path that extends in a top-to-bottom direction to guide the lubricant discharged from the compression mechanism downward. The oil return flow path includes a uniform-cross-section flow path, and a varying-cross-section flow path continuous with a lower end of the uniform-cross-section flow path. A lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path forms an outlet of the oil return flow path and lies along an inner surface of the casing. A the lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path has a greater width than an upper end of the varying-cross-section flow path, and the lower end of the varying-cross-section flow path has a smaller thickness than the upper end of the varying-cross-section flow path.
Oil pump and scroll compressor
The present invention provides a vertical, axial flow oil pump (10). The oil pump includes: a casing (11), the casing having a cylindrical shape as a whole and being able to rotate around its own central axis (O); a suction port (12), located at a lower end of the casing in an axial direction, and configured to suck oil into the oil pump; a discharge port (13), located at an upper end of the casing in the axial direction, and configured to discharge the oil from the oil pump to outside; and an impeller (14), provided in and formed integrally with the casing. The impeller rotates together with the casing when the casing rotates, so that the oil is flowed from the suction port to the discharge port. The present invention also provides a scroll compressor having the oil pump.
GEAR PUMP WITH COOLED JOURNAL BEARINGS
A gear pump includes gears received within a housing defining an inlet, an outlet and end plates. The gears have shaft portions on each of two sides of each of the two gears. The shaft portions are mounted in journal bearings. The journal bearings each have a gear side face adjacent one of the two gears. A remote face is on a remote side of the journal bearing remote from each of the two gears. There is a plurality of heat pipes in at least one of the journal bearings. The heat pipes move heat from the gear face of the at least one of the journal bearings to the remote face. The plurality of heat pipes is enclosed by the housing, and extend generally in an axial direction from an end adjacent the gear face to an end adjacent the remote face. A fuel supply system is also disclosed.
Scroll compressor with bypass portions
There is disclosed a scroll compressor according to the present disclosure in which a discharge port is formed at a central portion thereof, and a pair of two compression chambers continuously moving toward the discharge port are formed, and a plurality of bypass portions are formed at each interval along a movement path of each compression chamber in the both compression chambers, and compression gradients of the both compression chambers are formed to be different from each other, wherein when an interval between a bypass portion closest to the discharge port and another bypass portion adjacent to the bypass portion among the bypass portions of each compression chamber is defined as a first interval, respectively, a first interval of a second bypass portion belonging to a compression chamber having a relatively larger compression gradient is formed to be smaller than that of a first bypass portion belonging to the other compression chamber between the both compressor chambers.
Rotary compressor
A rotary compressor includes a first cylinder, a first piston and a drive shaft. The drive shaft includes a first eccentric portion, a first shaft portion rotatably supported by a first bearing, and a first coupling portion coupling the first shaft portion with the first eccentric portion. The first piston is fitted to the first eccentric portion. The first shaft portion has a cylindrical shape coaxial with the rotational center axis. R.sub.e1−e.sub.1<R.sub.1. R.sub.e1 is a radius of the first eccentric portion. R.sub.1 is a radius of the first shaft portion. e.sub.1 is an eccentricity of the first eccentric portion. An outer surface of the first coupling portion does not extend radially out of the outer surface of the first eccentric portion. A circumferentially extending groove is formed at an end of an inner peripheral surface of the first piston on a first coupling portion side in the axial direction of the drive shaft.
