AURICULAR NEUROSTIMULATION DEVICE AND SYSTEM
The present invention relates to an auricular neurostimulation device wearable by a user and configured to stimulate the Auricular Branch of Vagus Nerve (ABVN) on the user’s ear: the device comprises at least two electrodes designed to be located in the cymba and in the cavity of the cavum conchae respectively; the electrodes stimulate the nerve ramifications of the cymba and the cavum conchae, respectively, when an electrical voltage difference is applied between them. The invention further refers to an auricular neurostimulation system comprising an auricular neurostimulation device as described and a charging case where the device can charge an internal battery and where the device discharges into this case the data captured by the photoplethysmographic or biosensor during stimulation and sends them to a dedicated platform in the cloud. The invention also refers to a method of operation of an auricular neurostimulation system as described.
WCD SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREFOR
Provided is a WCD system, including a collection module, a master control module and a defibrillation module; the collection module collects a signal, and has human body motion detection and vibration prompting functions; the master control module has a VF/VT analysis algorithm to analyze the collected signal, and can control a power supply of the defibrillation module; the defibrillation module has the VF/VT analysis algorithm and a defibrillation control function. Through the independent defibrillation module and the independent collection module, the reliability of the system can be improved.
CONDUCTIVE PAD GENERATING TUMOR TREATING FIELD AND METHODS OF PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF
A system and method for delivering TTFields are herein described. The system comprises an electric field generator generating a signal having a frequency from 50 kHz to 500 kHz and coupled to a first lead and a second lead. A first pad is coupled to the first lead and includes a conductive foam and a first conductive gel. The conductive foam receives the signal from the first conductive lead and comprises a solid continuous phase material comprising at least a conductive material. A plurality of pockets is interspersed throughout the conductive foam. The first conductive gel is attached, absorbed, or adsorbed to the conductive foam. The second lead is coupled to the electric field generator and a second pad is coupled to the second lead. The second pad has a second electrode element connected to a second conductive gel element and receives the signal from the second conductive lead.
