A high-capacity fluid pump comprising a dedicated lubrication system in fluid communication with the pump's drive assembly to reduce wear of internal components within the gearbox, as well as a drive shaft-supported impeller and outboard head to reduce deflection. Moreover, the blades of the outboard head are preferably shaped to decrease the inlet's cross section and stabilize incoming fluid, thereby reducing cavitation, pre-rotation, and turbulent flow at the pump inlet and increasing the overall velocity of incoming fluid.

The rear body includes at least a glass-shaped casing and one or more probes buried within the thickness of the glass-shaped casing.

DRAIN PUMP AND CLOTHES DRYER HAVING A DRAIN PUMP
A drain pump is provided that may include a pump motor; an impeller connected to a rotational shaft of the pump motor. The impeller may include a circular hub, an impeller shaft that extends from a center of a lower surface of the hub, and a plurality of blades that extends from an outer circumferential surface of the impeller shaft and the lower surface of the hub in a radial direction of the hub. The hub may have a longitudinal cross section in which a thickness of the hub gradually increases from the center of the lower surface toward an edge thereof.

A plain bearing (410) is fixed to a shaft hole (401) of an impeller (400) of the pump (100) so as to rotatably support the impeller (400) with respect to the shaft (300), and is restricted from moving in an axial direction by an annular restrictor (310) fixed to the shaft (300). On an end face (411) of the plain bearing (410) facing the restrictor (310), a lubrication groove (412) connecting a radially inner side and a radially outer side of the end face (411) to supply cooling water onto the end face (411) for lubrication, and a dynamic pressure generating groove (413) that introduces a flow of cooling water created by rotation of the impeller (400) to generate a dynamic pressure, are provided. The present bearing suppresses an increase in rotation torque of the impeller (400) during high speed rotation.

An operating liquid tank for a motor vehicle, comprising a tank wall enclosing a tank volume that can be filled with an operating liquid, a filling arrangement designed for introducing operating liquid into the tank volume, and a removal arrangement designed for the removal of operating liquid from the tank volume, wherein the removal arrangement comprises a pump assembly with a pump and a pump drive, the pump assembly comprises at least two assembly components that are formed separately from one another and are or can be coupled magnetically to one another, and of which a first assembly component as drive component comprises at least one part of the pump drive and a second assembly component as conveying component comprises a conveying part of the pump that can be driven by the pump drive relative to a conveying component housing for movement, wherein the tank wall extends between the drive component and the conveying component and physically separates the conveying component located on the inner face of the tank wall from the drive component located on the outer face of the tank wall.

A casing liner used for a sewage pump includes a surface to face an edge of a blade of an impeller when the casing liner is assembled with the impeller into the sewage pump. At least one groove with given width is formed in at least a part of the surface. The groove includes a first section with given depth, which is located on the side close to a rotational center of the impeller, a second section smaller in depth than the first section, which is located on the side far from the rotational center of the impeller, and a third section that is an inclined face connecting the first and second sections, the first to third sections being arranged in a width direction of the groove.

ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP (ESP) ASSEMBLY WITH LOAD ABSORBING COUPLING
An electric submersible pump (ESP) assembly that includes an electric motor with a splined drive shaft with drive shaft teeth, an ESP mechanically coupled to the electric motor that includes a splined ESP shaft with ESP shaft teeth, and a downhole component mechanically coupled to the electric motor that includes a splined component shaft with component shaft teeth. Splined couplings each include a central axis and grooves through the coupling with groove sidewalls sized to receive the shaft teeth. The grooves are angled relative to the central axis to form a space on either side of each tooth in each groove for at least a portion of the overlapped length of the tooth within the groove. Each coupling is engageable with the teeth of two of the drive shaft, the pump shaft, or the component shaft to mechanically couple the electric motor, the ESP, and the downhole component.
