POWER DISTRIBUTION TRAILER FOR AN ELECTRIC DRIVEN HYDRAULIC FRACKING SYSTEM
An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A power distribution trailer distributes the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation voltage level to the single VFD and converts the electric power at a power generation voltage level to a VFD voltage level and controls the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The power distribution trailer converts the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation level to an auxiliary voltage level that is less than the power generation voltage level. The power distribution trailer distributes the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level to the single VFD that controls an operation of the of the auxiliary systems.
PARAMETER MONITORING AND CONTROL FOR AN ELECTRIC DRIVEN HYDRAULIC FRACKING SYSTEM
An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump mounted on the single pump trailer. A controller associated with the single VFD and is mounted on the single pump trailer. The controller monitors operation parameters associated with an operation of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system as each component of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system operates to determine whether the operation parameters deviate beyond a corresponding operation parameter threshold. Each of the operation parameters provides an indicator as to an operation status of a corresponding component of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system. The controller initiates corrected actions when each operation parameter deviates beyond the corresponding operation threshold. Initiating the corrected actions when each operation parameter deviates beyond the corresponding operation threshold maintains the operation of the electric driven hydraulic fracking system.
FLUID PUMP SYSTEMS
A multi-stage fluid pump system can include a first stage configured to provide a first pressure and a second stage configured to provide a second pressure. The pump system can be configured to prevent output of the second stage in a first stage mode such that only the first pressure is output from the first stage and second stage and to allow output of the second stage in a multi-stage mode such that there is a combined pressure output from the first stage and the second stage.
AXIAL FAN
An axial fan includes a housing, an upper motor, and a lower motor. The housing includes an upper housing and a lower housing. A lower peripheral wall of the lower housing includes first engaging portions and lower protruding pieces. The lower protruding pieces oppose the first engaging portions in an axial direction and protrude axially upward from an axially upper surface. An upper peripheral wall of the upper housing includes upper engaging claws and upper notch grooves. The upper engaging claws extend axially downward from an axially lower surface, and include a second engaging portion that engages with the first engaging portion in a lower end portion. The upper notch grooves are notched axially upward from the axially lower surface radially inward of the upper engaging claw. At least a portion of the lower protruding pieces is located in the upper notch grooves.

INTEGRATED WATER FITTING ASSEMBLY
An integrated water fitting assembly includes a housing, a drainage mechanism, a dual-outlet micro-pump, and a drainage base. The drainage mechanism and the dual-outlet micro-pump are disposed in the housing, the drainage base is disposed below the housing, a water inlet, a washing water outlet, and a drainage control water outlet communicated with each other are formed in the dual-outlet micro-pump, moreover, the water inlet is communicated with a water source, the washing water outlet extends out of the housing, and the drainage control water outlet is connected inside the drainage mechanism. An integrated water fitting assembly further includes a housing, a drainage mechanism, a dual-head flow distribution assembly, a micro-pump, and a drainage base. A water inlet of the micro-pump is communicated with a water source. A flow water inlet, a washing water outlet, and a drainage control water outlet are formed in the dual-head flow distribution assembly.
