Industrial ceiling fan structure
An industrial ceiling fan structure utilizes a coupling structure between the fan blades and the motor main unit and the design of a pressing member attached to the mounting segment of the root of each fan blade to enhance the fan blade mounting strength. Furthermore, the ceiling fan motor provides an outer race and an inner race to secure the permanent magnets without an adhesive, thereby preventing the permanent magnets from loosening and improving the service life of the ceiling fan motor. In addition, through the heat dissipation structure of the outer casing of the motor main unit and the structure of the lamp, the heat dissipation of both the lamp and the motor main unit of the ceiling fan can be achieved.
Concealed office fan lamp
A concealed office fan lamp is provided, which includes a stop device, a support and a fan blade. A lamp is arranged at the bottom of the support, a cavity is arranged in the support, the fan blade is electrically connected with a driving mechanism to make it rotatably arranged in the cavity, and the stop device is arranged on the support and/or the fan blade to detect the motion state of the fan blade. According to the motion state, the fan blade is stopped and hidden in the cavity. By providing a stop device on the fan lamp, the fan blade can be accurately stopped and hidden in the cavity, the person under the fan lamp cannot see the fan blade when the fan lamp stops working, making the fan lamp more beautiful as a whole.
Ceiling fan
A first protrusion protruding from an upper lighting cover is fitted into a first installing portion provided in a cover and a second protrusion protruding from the upper lighting cover is inserted into a first hole provided in the cover. In a case where disassembly is performed from this state, disassembly can be accomplished by breaking a first breaking portion provided around the first installing portion. In a case where reassembly is performed from this state, the second protrusion protruding from the upper lighting cover is fitted into a second installing portion provided in the cover.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
A ventilation system comprising a ventilation fan with a lamp and a ceiling having an installing opening. The ventilation fan includes a housing having a first opening and a second opening, a fan module and a lamp module. The lamp module is fixed to the first opening by a plurality of elastic elements passing through the housing. Wherein the lamp module comprises a LED light source, a base, at least one optical component and a lamp cover. The lamp cover is disposed at one side of the optical component away from the base. The light output direction of a LED light source of the lamp module is different from the light output direction of the lamp module. Wherein the lamp module contacts the ceiling by a support to form a gap configured between the lamp module and the support, and the gap serves as the air inlet.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
A ventilation system includes a ventilation fan with a lamp module, the ventilation fan includes a housing, a base, and a fan module. The base is located below the housing, and the base includes a first flow guiding structure. The fan module is disposed in the housing, and the fan module includes a second flow guiding structure.
Fan frame and fan including the same
A fan frame includes a housing, a shaft tube, a circuit board and a plurality of light-emitting elements. The housing includes a base and a plurality of connection members located between the base and a peripheral wall of the housing. The shaft tube is mounted on the base. The circuit board is mounted in the housing and includes a body having a through-hole. The circuit board is fit around the shaft tube via the through-hole and is integrally formed with a plurality of protruding ribs and at least one outer rib. Each protruding rib is aligned with a respective connection member. Each outer rib is located between two adjacent protruding ribs. The light-emitting elements are mounted on the protruding ribs and the outer rib. A fan including the fan frame is also disclosed.
MOUNT BRACKET FOR FAN
A fan can include a motor for driving a set of blades to move a volume of air about a space. A cage can be provided to encase the set of blades to protect the fan, as well as permit a volume of air to move through the cage. A mount bracket couples to the cage, and can include a first portion including a first pair of hooks connecting the first portion to the cage, with the first portion including a pair of apertures and an attachment feature, and a second portion including a second pair of hooks connecting the first portion to the cage, with the second portion including a pair of extensions configured to secure to the first portion at the pair of apertures. The attachment feature is configured to couple an accessory to the cage via the mount bracket.
FLUSH-MOUNT FAN GRILLE
A flush-mounted, in-ceiling exhaust fan grille for attachment to an exhaust fan housing includes a planar integration flange forming a perimeter of the grille. The integration flange includes a plurality of through holes along the perimeter. An insert may be configured for insertion within the perimeter of the integration flange. A light module may be configured to join within a central portion of the insert while maintaining an opening between an entirety of the light module and the insert. At least one spring may be attached to the insert on a first end and attached to the fan housing on a second end, wherein the at least one spring applies a force drawing the insert towards the fan housing. An exhaust fan may be provided to draw air into the fan housing through the opening between the light module and the insert to be exhausted for proper ventilation.
Apparatus including a combination of a ceiling fan and a heater with light effects
A combination assembly or apparatus of a ceiling fan and heater. The combination assembly or apparatus includes a ceiling fan, a heater, a fan to blow air across the heater, a translucent band, motor driven rotating reflective foils each having mounted therein a light source (e.g. an LED) to shine through the translucent band to give a motion effect like a flickering.
