It is described a hybrid device for generating clean electric power (10) comprising a wind power generation module (11) and at least one solar power generation module (12), said wind power generation module (11) formed by a vertical generator (13), and said solar energy generation module (12) formed by at least one solar energy capturing plate (14), the vertical generator (13) of the wind power generation module (11) comprises a plurality of blades (15) axially and concentrically disposed relative to a central shaft (111) of the vertical generator (13), said blades (15) being manufactured from polyethylene terephthalate and arranged in the central shaft (111) at an offset angle between each other, and the wind power generation module (11) receives in its upper portion at least one solar energy generation module (12) in order to provide electric power cogeneration, said generation module (12) comprising at least one solar energy capturing plate (14) supported by a hydraulic mechanism that moves the solar energy capturing plate (14) so as to position it in more favorable directions for capturing solar energy throughout the day.
